Most incredible Indian food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every time I come in here with my fiancé, the food is better and every time I leave, I can’t believe that I could ever be better. I enjoy the Curry House multiple times a week, it makes me sad to think that I won’t be at the buffet night tomorrow.

If you want good Indian food then you should come to the Red Hook Curry House. Their food is consistently good and it’s fantastic that they have their Buffet back on Sundays. It’s a great opportunity to try dishes that you may be wouldn’t.

Don’t let appearances food you, the food is very good.
Plenty of indoor seating, but don’t expect lavish. It’s very basic inside; like a diner.
I’ve only ever ordered take out, and know I would easily overlook this place based on appearances alone.

The best Indian food I’ve had in Dutchess county. Love the buffet, now that football season is over I will be back on Sundays religiously.

Quite mediocre on all counts. We arrived about 7pm on buffet night, but still decided to supplement the buffet with an a la carte menu item. The place was packed. Some buffet service trays were empty on arrival, and stayed empty for the hour+ we were there.
The sauces were mid-West palate bland, basically hiding the lack of substantial meats or vegetables. Nothing stood out as flavorful or carefully prepared. The price for 2 buffets and 1 a la carte veggie dish was $46. Not a good price-quality ratio.
All in all, an easily forgettable meal and restaurant.

The place had a musty smell and very dated interiors. The host was probably the owner. He was deeply stressed and didn’t seem very happy. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about.

$5 for Naan
Chicken not freshly cooked some pieces were like tofu.
Dinner plates were ice cold which is unusual for so called Indian restaurants.
Sauce bland – lacked spices

Excellent food. The mulligatawney soup is well worth it.

Don’t judge from the outside! Authentic, homey, byob buffet. Loved the clearly defined vegan, vegetarian & meat options. The copper fired pots add to the warm aesthetic & the waiting staff were VERY watchful, helpful & HONEST! My husband left his phone on the table as we were leaving & a young man who was waiting tables immediately noticed & brought it to him. Great little place!
