I tried the 1/4 chicken meals, which come with 2 sides. The chicken was very tender and juicy with a delicious flavor! I loved the white rice and avocado sides for a very healthy meal. The sweet potato fries were also quite good. The dipping sauce that came with the chicken was excellent! Some kind of creamy guacamole sauce I think? Rice was cooked perfectly. The 1/4 chicken meals are about $10 too so very affordable. They have a bunch of more complex dishes in the $15 range, I’ll have to try them soon! It’s a self-service place, so other than taking your order staff doesn’t serve you at all. Great food at a reasonable price!

They lost our ticket. We ordered food at the front, sat down and waited, checking in every once in a while and then when it had been almost half an hour my husband asked what was going on with our food, since we’d been waiting so long. The woman at the front said they didn’t have any orders under our name. She went to the back, said they must have lost our ticket? Which seems kind of crazy seeing as it’s a digital system. She didn’t seem bothered or concerned that they took our money and lost our ticket but offered to “remake” it. They got the food out quickly then. The place is really cool to sit in, food was okay. The chicken and fries were great but the quinoa and beans were floating in a lot of liquid and didn’t taste good. Portions were a little smaller than I expected. I’m probably not coming back. I can’t trust a place that loses a digital order made by their own restaurant.

Service was meh. Food was phenomenal! Rotisserie chicken was juicy and flavorful, plantains were perfect and avocado was so good! It feels like a fast food place but they ask for a tip.

Food is tasty and consistent, I really like my meals here. The register has that annoying prompt to tip with obscenely high percentages but you get absolutely no service for your tip. The counter girl barely moves, and you have to come get your own food from the counter, even when the restaurant is empty. Ridiculous.

My wife loves this place. We live up north so anytime we’re south she has us stop at Red Fuego. The food is quite close to the food I experienced in Peru a few years ago. She always gets the tallarín and I always get the lomo saltado. I guess the only thing that I can think of to improve is if you’re dining in to provide real forks. The plastic ones are really hard to use with the tallarín noodles.

Great food for a very fair price. The chicken is amazing and the black beans are good. The plantains are nice and crispy. Definitely get the chicken there’s enough to save for later.

The foliage here is amazing! It’s always green and blooming. There’s a beautiful view from the top if you can make it up the small hike. Machu Picchu IS one the seven wonders of the world so it’s definitely worth the climb.

Red Fuego is one of our favorites. The rotisserie chicken is amazing, but dishes like Pollo Saltado are also super good. We always make plantains at home, and the ones here are so sweet and delicious. It’s never too crowded here either.

The ambiance is nice. The service was slow, but good. They told me to expect 25 minutes for my food before we ordered, so that was fine.
