Food is always taste amazing; food waiting time is always between 10-15 min. The atmosphere is great with good music. They did not have Inka Kola or chicha morada this time but Guarana is available at the fountain drinks station.

I ordered the Arroz Chaufa. It was too salty and the chicken was dry. My wife ordered salad with rice and chicken. Again the chicken was dry. Like it had been under a heat lamp for way too long. Not enjoyable. Several other menu choices were unavailable. The floor was sticky throughout the whole restaurant. The bathroom was dirty. Won’t go back to this location

They lost our ticket. We ordered food at the front, sat down and waited, checking in every once in a while and then when it had been almost half an hour my husband asked what was going on with our food, since we’d been waiting so long. The woman at the front said they didn’t have any orders under our name. She went to the back, said they must have lost our ticket? Which seems kind of crazy seeing as it’s a digital system. She didn’t seem bothered or concerned that they took our money and lost our ticket but offered to “remake” it. They got the food out quickly then. The place is really cool to sit in, food was okay. The chicken and fries were great but the quinoa and beans were floating in a lot of liquid and didn’t taste good. Portions were a little smaller than I expected. I’m probably not coming back. I can’t trust a place that loses a digital order made by their own restaurant.

Good food. My only gripe is that many of the items on the menu were not available. A Peruvian restaurant with no Inka Cola? No chicha morada? No Aji de Pollo?

Hey Chat GPT how do you say, “they’re out of everything” in Spanish? Sparkling water tastes like Mexico water. No sauce to dip chicken in so given honey mustard salad dressing. No plantains. Authentic Mexican experience. Show up with high hopes, but then slightly diminished experience. Chicken is 5 ⭐️

I tried the 1/4 chicken meals, which come with 2 sides. The chicken was very tender and juicy with a delicious flavor! I loved the white rice and avocado sides for a very healthy meal. The sweet potato fries were also quite good. The dipping sauce that came with the chicken was excellent! Some kind of creamy guacamole sauce I think? Rice was cooked perfectly. The 1/4 chicken meals are about $10 too so very affordable. They have a bunch of more complex dishes in the $15 range, I’ll have to try them soon! It’s a self-service place, so other than taking your order staff doesn’t serve you at all. Great food at a reasonable price!

The food here is always solid but I gave it three star for a few reasons.

1) the food very often can take up to half an hour to make. Which is hard when you don’t have a ton of time for lunch
2) today, the soda machine didn’t have ice and three sodas were out of stock.
3) also today, they somehow didn’t have steak which is the main ingredient in like half of their main meals
4) there wasn’t much of an apology in the way of not having those things call I was just more of a no we don’t have ice, no we don’t have steak

I’m sure I’ll continue to come here because I do like the food and the atmosphere but the listed issues above will affect the frequency of my visits.

Got kicked out at 8:50 and couldn’t eat my food.

I have been a regular customer for years but I dont think I will ever be back.

They almost never have the items on their menu, things like steak, soda, sauces are hot and miss, especially over the last few months.

I love Red Fuego! The food is amazing, seriously it’s the best chicken in entire STATE!!!! Honestly you have to try this CHICKEN, it seems like it would be your normal rotisserie chicken, but it tastes like nothing I’ve ever had before! All the food is fresh, simple…yet extremely flavorful and delicious and it’s all authentic Peruvian food. The entire staff was super helpful and they took their time to explain the menu and give recommendations. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and spacious with plenty of seating, including an upstairs loft where you can sit, eat, enjoy your food and listen to music. I have to say, Red Fuego one is now one of my restaurant staples and I plan on eating delicious chicken here a couple of times a week. Thanks for the great food!

This place has good food but is a little slow. Once we ordered the guy told us it will probably be about 20 minutes and it took about that long. It is good food though. Their fries aren’t killer but you get a lot for just being a side. The place is pretty expensive. About $12+ a plate plus another $3 for a drink. Sides are $3.99. Their coke on the fountain machine was absolutely garbage but the other sodas tasted normal. One of our plates wasn’t ready until about 10 minutes after the test which was a little frustrating because they didn’t communicate why but they were very apologetic when they eventually brought it out.
