Best Chinese restaurant for miles around! We have tried others in our area, but none of them come close to Red Fortune. Hot and Sour Soup is incredible. Very rich and flavorful. So is the Egg Drop Soup. Entrees are delicious. Their Orange Chicken has bits of orange peel in it to give it a boost of flavor. No comparison to Red Panda’s version. Staff is always friendly. We eat here at least once a month, more often during the winter as their soups will warm you up on a cold winter day.

Absolutely excellent. Fantastic hot and sour soup (at this point in time, #1 in my experience), excellent fried rice varieties, and the lo mein was terrific. The Mongolian beef was exquisitely tender and flavorful. Loved it and will definitely be returning!!

I saw a review about good crab rangoons..ordered some and well, they don’t have much flavor. The sauce to dip in is just okay. Won’t order again. I would go again and just order different things to give it another try. Chicken fried rice had too many onions in it. Good amount of food though.

A good place to stop in for a quick bite or a great sit down meal. A nice small interior busting out some good handmade Chinese classics like the Egg Rolls, Wontons, Crab Rangoon and the basics like Lo Mein and Soups. A great spot for lunch as well since they give you quite a bit to eat for a really good price. Came in for the Lunch Lo Mein w/ Hot and Sour Soup and a side of rice. Even took home an order of the Crab Rangoon because it looked so good and was

It’s right off historic downtown in Bonner Spring. There’s street parking and a parking lot across. I carried out but will definitely dine in next time. The egg drop soup is different from what I’m used too, but it was delicious. I tried the sweet and sour chicken and the empress chicken. The food was good. Great place to dine in if you’re in the area. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for Chinese cuisine. The egg drop soup and the fried rice stood out the most for me.

I ordered from Red Fortune for delivery the other day for lunch. I got the spicy beef with vegetables, the lettuce wraps, and my lunch combination came with hot and sour soup and a crab rangoon!

Went with a positive feeling after the reviews. All tables were empty but one for a 2:00 lunch. We were sat at a booth & 2 others were sat on each side of us. Almost too quiet to talk naturally, and I like a quiet place. The egg drop was orange & greasy, the hot & sour had a little heat; not much flavor. Egg roll was so good–full & crunchy; the crab rangoon tasted like garlic. Moo goo gai pan was bland, sesame chicken was pretty good & spicy. Fried rice was very greasy. Not busy at all but table was cleaned and signed check with tip was taken before we even made the move to get up to leave. Did we just not order the right things?

This was so nasty. We ordered from there and drove 20m to get it because our local restaurant is awful too. Won’t be doing that again. $30 in food wasted. I cannot believe this place has positive reviews.

Service was excellent! Food wasn’t the best I’ve had but was good. Lemonade is watered-down. Indoor temperature was on the steamy side.
