Contemporary hotel restaurant with cocktails, sports on TV & a menu of American food & pub grub.

We were hesitant after reading the other reviews, but we had a positive experience at Red Fire. We were seated right away, the gentleman serving us was attentive and very kind, and food arrived quickly. The food was also good! We enjoyed both the penne a la vodka and the burger – not fancy, but they hit the spot, were well made (the burger was cooked exactly to request), and were perfectly satisfying after a day of stressful delayed flights. The kitchen did forget the chicken on my pasta, but I didn’t think it needed it after my first bite so I didn’t mention it, and we weren’t charged for it. If you need something easy and you’re staying at the hotel on a voucher, we’d have no hesitation in recommending eating dinner at this location.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Clarion due to airline problems. We had vouchers for $12 per person from the airline. Our combined $24 was enough for eggs, toast, 1 serving of sausage, and 1 coffee ☕.
Our server was able to accommodate our limited time – we only had 15 minutes to order and eat. Thank you!

Food is basic bar/tavern food. Rather pricy for what it is but still was decent. Our waitress was awesome and they cooked the burger as asked. If you’re at rhe hotel and in a pinch it’s not a bad option.

Food was okay. Place looks great. Service was spotty.
-I was seated and asked what I wanted to drink and I said I’ll need a minute. Waited about 5min before another server asked me if I have been helped… She brought me my salad without silverware… then the other server yelled across the room saying she was the one that seated me with terrible acoustics and lack of background noise everyone could hear…
-No music or anything playing in background in dining room. The bar was playing jeopardy from the tv speakers. I mentioned it and they turned on the tv speakers to a baseball game. However it couldn’t be heard from where I was sitting in the bar area. And was still quiet in the dining area.
Too bad because I feel like this place has potential especially in an area lacking restaurants and can cater to the hotel guests in the area.

Probably the best thing in hotel Clarion. Outstanding service. Simple but good american breakfast. They accept the American Airlines vouchers. Also credit cards accepted

Restaurant is very inviting and trendy, especially in the bar area. I didn’t have a sit down dinner, I chose to have takeout. The Classic cheeseburger with fries, was ok. I felt it needed more cheese and the toppings to be more fresher. Also ordered the Philly cheese steak. Again it was ok, but it fell short due to the dryness & the little bit of cheese you get. My wife ordered the chicken and beet salad. Wilted leaves and not so great blue cheese. Would I eat here again? Yes, if I didn’t have other choices. It’s still a good place to eat, it just isn’t a wow type of place for food.

Ate here 3 times during my stay. The food was ok at best. The service is AWFUL. Rude, slow, got orders wrong every time, then argued when we found a hair in a sandwich! Tried at different times of evening always the same. Loved the “fine china” my drink was served in!

I ordered nachos and hot wings. Hot wings were tasty, but served on lettuce that quickly wilted and stuck to the wings. Menu says served with celery. It’s not. Nachos say corn chips, cheddar cheese, guac, sour cream…. standard stuff. BUT what I got was stale, soggy corn chips smothered in liquid cheese product (the manger defended as cheese wiz) with old tomato on top. No guac. They weren’t edible and found a home in the trash. This place looks swanky and upscale, but don’t be fooled. It’s really just over priced Bad bar food with ballpark nachos. Don’t bother to tell the manager, she is indifferent and couldn’t care less. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO DENNYS, AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!

Sat down at the half-full bar, ordered a beer and a menu. After 15 minutes of sitting there with an empty beer at the edge of the bar, the bartender wannabe had yet to return to take my order. Completely ignored me. So I threw down 4 bucks and walked out. I could see if it was busy but the place was dead.

By far the worst dinner experience my family has had in a very long time. They were short staffed so we understood it taking a little longer than normal but 1 and half later when we still hadn’t gotten our food, our grandson was tired so we asked for our food to go. It took another 15 minutes to get our food, but we were charged full price for our order which was ok, but once we got back to our hotel we were staying at to eat, we didn’t even get all our food. When I called the hotel, the desk lady was extremely rude and then when I finally got a hold of someone at the restaurant, she argued with me & explained she didn’t want to have to deal with her manager so we could come back the next day if we wanted to get the food they had forgotten to include but we were charged for. We are from out of town so that was not an option for us so we were just out of luck! Terrible experience!
