Staff was friendly. We went hoping for brisket, but unfortunately, they were out. The meat is tender and seasoned well. Potato salad was pretty dang good! Ribs were flavorful and tender. Our whole crew loved it and was super convenient being in front of our hotel.

I frequently stay in the area for work and I haven’t been able to try the food since the times just never aligned. This time I was going to be around on a day they were open, we work a hard day and make it just before they close. Most food is sold out and they are closing up but we are offered a DEAL on their brisket. I’ve had a lot of brisket in my day and this is as good as any I have ever had. I will likely be in the area again for work at some point and I know I will be making an effort to go again.

If you’re ever in the area, CHECK THEM OUT! Brisket just melted, pork was flavorful, ribs were gone after the first bite! Husband loved the chicken! Baked beans were better than yo mommas!

I’ve eaten a LOT of bbq and Bourbon Hills is A+!! The brisket was def my favorite, the pulled pork was amazing didn’t even need sauce, the ribs were flavorful and falling off the bone. Baked beans were the best I ever had and the banana pudding was dang good! Worth the drive out to Ellenboro!!

The Hall’s really put out some phenomenal food! Great quality and atmosphere. Highly recommend everything on their menu – especially when they have the smoked Cheez-its! We fight over them in our family. There is a reason they sell out every single week!
