We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I got a Reubens cheeseburger. It is new on their menu as of Wed. My wife’s Flatbread was Aldo new on the menu. She really like it. We also got the chips n guacamole. Very delish

Food was ok. Presentation looked good but the taste was ok. Nothing special. Service was nothing special either. Waited until we were ready to leave to get a refill on my drink. My gf got a plant based fried chicken sandwich which was 4 chicken nuggets on a bun. Kinda disappointing. They asked us if we wanted some ranch on the side but wish they would have told us it was 1$ extra and not found out when the check came. Also the table they sat us at was still kinda sticky. We will be back to try the arcade n stuff but probably won’t eat here again.

I love the calzones and fried mozzarella. The kid’s meals are so worth it and delicious. We get the kid’s pizza and fries. Definitely a great pair with bowling and the arcade. It’s not crazy expensive either. Everything is well made and always tasty. ❤️ 10/10 recommend you give it a try 🙂

Food was horrible, tasteless. My man ordered Korean beef soft corn tacos, and there was nothing soft about them! He couldn’t even eat them. I ordered the uptown burger, no flavor, just not good. The only thing that was good was the loaded quesadilla. And expect to wait awhile for the food to come out. Also, when I asked what kind of mixed drinks they had, the waiter said, I don’t know, I’m not an alcoholic

Should be a 0 star, but Google doesn’t allow it for whatever reason. Walked in at 4pm, party of 7. We waited 40 minutes and asked multiple times (5x) to get a waiter or some level of service. Only until we asked for a manager did someone meander on over. We ended up going to Native and being helped within minutes of sitting down. In addition, a group of 5 walked in 30 minutes after us ant Ember’s and an employee walked over within minutes. Not surprised to see terrible reviews by others. If the service is this bad, can only wonder what the food must taste like..

My boyfriend and I typically enjoy visiting Uptown and love Red Embers, even do pick up often! Unfortunately Thursday November 9th when we went to pick up our food, and an individual by the name of Chase was excessively rude and spoke to us as if we were incompetent individuals. As paying customers and members of the community this situation was very disturbing and ruined the experience that we so frequently enjoy. I’ve never met an unprofessional staff member on any of my encounters, until tonight. It would bring us sadness to invite family and friends to this establishment, unknowing if this individual or others that speak in such demeaning manors were to be the ones to serve us. Sincerely disappointed and have reached out to the location, but have yet to hear back.

Came in on a Monday for lunch. Ordered their pretzel and new fried honey shrimp appetizer and a chicken caesar salad. We ordered the pretzel first and it took a while to come out because they burnt the first one. We were the only table in there. The shrimp came out overcooked so it was tough to chew. My chicken caesar salad came with no chicken and barely any dressing. The server then said he would be right back with chicken and more dressing. He comes back with a cup of old and cold chicken. Dark looking even. Not appetizing at all. And then says their out of caesar dressing. Kinda ruined the salad for me but I don’t like to complain. The service was ok but he said he would get us a discount for the salad and he didnt. Disappointed in the food quality.

Worst service we have ever experienced. If you come here, expect to wait 30 mins for simple things like a glass of beer. Employees seem nice enough; must be just horrible mgmt as there’s only ever a single bartender handling everyone’s orders, and no servers around. Gave it a second try a few months later and it was worse than the first time. Avoid this place unless you literally enjoy wasting time
