Nestled in the heart of Beaverton, Red Curry is a family–owned Thai kitchen where every dish is cooked to order and every sauce begins from scratch. Our recipes come straight from our “Yaai” (grandmother) well-worn notebook, refined through decades of shared meals and late-night laughter.
We simmer our curries slowly, layering house-ground spices with creamy coconut milk and aromatic herbs. Whether you crave the gentle warmth of Yellow Curry or the vibrant heat of our signature Red, each bowl is balanced for depth, fragrance, and just-right spice.
Start your journey with crispy spring rolls, tender chicken satay, or our fan-favorite house green curry puffs—each appetizer handmade daily, Pair them with our peanut-dipping sauce or the bright,
Homestyle Thai plates served alongside beverages like traditional iced tea in a simple setting.

I found the portions adequate. Service was kind, but inattentive. The host/server was in the kitchen helping for most of the time, so one had to stand up and holler in front of the kitchen for attention. All that is okay, I didn’t mind. My issue is the taste of food. It was overly sweetened for me. Even the tom yum soup, super sweet. Having traveled to Thailand, I understand some regions cook food differently, but I just couldn’t finish the soup.

I like this place. I have been there for lunch a couple of times. Their food is tasty and affordable prices. I tried a few of their dishes and they are all very flavorful! Service is very good as well. Very relaxed environment. Thai tea is so good!

So glad I found this place! It has a small storefront in a little strip mall, and the restaurant itself isn’t very big, but the food is outstanding!
Portion sizes are healthy, prices are affordable and the quality and flavor of everything is top notch!
The service I received was friendly and professional, I think they were shorthanded but we lacked for nothing!
The whole experience was refreshing, as it was like a little haven away from disgusting food and bad service. I was traveling through the area but cannot wait to go back!

Food is good and not super greasy. The man at the front behind the bar is super nice. I got my salad rolls in less than 5 minutes. My kids love their chicken fried rice. The place is nice and cozy perfect for a date night. Had the Tom yumm soup today spice level was not high enough but fresh and a delicious flavor. The Guy at the front counter is super friendly.

Love the food. One of the best Thai places in Portland metro area.
Edit: the food quality had gone down a bit. Fried rice are not as good as they used to be and the red curry was really spicy. Service was really good though.

This is one of the most unique Thai restaurant I have ever been to. It is run by this amazing lady – true to her word – I know less English but my food is great. I would second that. She is very polite and the food tastes fantastic. There wasn’t a big crowd when I was there but the service time isn’t long. They have bathrooms – Mens and womens. Love the food – especially the pad Thai and the mango dish. The Papaya salad was amazing as well. This place is quiet and one can spend some time with a group or a significant other. Love to recommend this place.

Love it I been trying to look for a good pat thai that I am going to love and found . I though the portions were little but they are not the fresh rolls are really fresh and good but didn’t like that it didn’t come with peanut sauce but was really good and my daughter loved it too. The other down side is that they don’t offer fountain drink love my food with a cold soda they have can but not the same but i was really happy with the food!!!!

Absolutely amazing food and staff. Best curry I’ve had in the Portland metro area to date. I ordered the specialty, Thai pumpkin red curry, with mixed seafood, mild spice. Sweet and spicy in a perfect 50/50 balance. Melt in your mouth pumpkin with large tender pieces of squid, whole shrimp, and scallops. Absolutely amazing. Paired it with a Thai iced tea and some Tom Yum soup. The soup was perfectly spicy and sour, large chunks of mushroom and chicken. My partner ordered the Drunken Noodles with chicken. Delicious straight off the grill taste, amazing sauce and tender veggies. Overall my experience couldn’t have been better. 5 stars is not enough to give this place! Must try if your in the Beaverton area.

Ordered Pad Thai for takeout. There was a huge piece of uncooked chicken in our meal, very disgusting and completely inexcusable.

We ordered take out on the evening of Friday, October 4th and when we arrived home we noticed that the portion sizes were significantly smaller than they have been in the past (see photo where you can clearly see the bottom of the take out container; all of the dishes were like this) We have ordered here many times over the past 8 years, but it has been about 9 months since we’ve ordered here. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership, new kitchen staff, or what. But it was very disappointing to receive significantly less food for the same price.
