Excellent meal from appetizers to desserts and everything in between! All gluten-free with zero concern of cross contamination/contact as there is zero “regular” flour or gluten contained ingredients in the building. Fantastic menu for those with or without celiac or a gluten allergy.

Love love love! I love that they are 100% gluten free, dairy free options, and some refined sugar free options, that’s hard to come by around here. I also love that their food is wholesome and their flavor combinations are wonderful. I was here once in 2015 and then again in 2023 to celebrate and everyone working there was so nice and helpful when choosing a dish to get. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy everything, knowing it is safe for me to consume!

We were driving through the area and were excited to stop at Cavé Bistro. The appeal was simply that everything on the menu is glutes free. But I was so overwhelmed by how delicious the dishes were! I had the grass-fed brisket wrap and it was delicious. We also tried the cheesecake- it was delicious (rich but yummy!). The chocolate chip cookies are also vegan- tasted a hint of coconut as well, fyi. We all loved our meals- I would return to the area just to eat here.

This is a nice, low key, casual restaurant. What separates it from the crowd is the freshness and quality of the food. You can bring your own bottle. Have a fantastic meal that will sit in your stomach like Mom’s home cooking with ingredients out of her garden. This is the experience I had. I really enjoyed it.

This was our first time here at this gem of a restaurant!!!! It was amazing!!! The vibe of this place is so cool and the food was outstanding!!!! The hostess Marissa was so sweet and bubbly. Our waitress Megan was professional and friendly told us all about the food on the menu. We started out with brisket tacos, octopus , and potato leek soup which all were amazing!!!! The flavors were flowing!!!! My husband had the venison which he absolutely loved and it was a special and I had the steak with duck fat truffle parmesan fries over sautéed spinach which was to die for!!!!! All homemade desserts which sounded amazing!! We had the apple crumb cheese cake which was so good!!!!! This is our new favorite restaurant and if you haven’t tried this place you have to!!!!! We will be back!!!!!

Probably one of the only places within an hour that I can get a celiac safe gluten free meal that I always look forward to. The air around this place stinks of high quality meat & fat and it’s absolutely intoxicating. The people are always really nice and the flavor of the food is always perfectly seasoned and great quality. My favorite is the brisket tacos, but honestly the octopus was pretty darn good too. There’s always multiple dessert options and again, perfectly “seasoned” with the baker actually understanding that SALT does in fact belong in baked goods. Thanks for being awesome and having strictly gluten free menu!

Lovely experience, deliciously fresh food, and pleasant conversations with staff. Hard to find restaurants in the area that focus on local, quality, *never frozen* cuisine with attention to dietary needs and Cave does just that! Glad we finally went and will definitely be back.

Had an amazing meal at Cave’. The chef Mikey(?) definitely knows how to prepare food. Our group of 4 unanimously agreed that last night was one of the best meals we’ve ever enjoyed. One couple had never tried octopus and the way it was prepared for us was outstanding; so tasty and you could cut it with your fork. Needless to say they are now fans of both Cave and octopus.
