Very very easy place outside the center about 15 minutes by car if you want to try crabs and lobsters and seafood this is your place…. don’t worry about finding tablecloths and china at the table but plastic cutlery and plastic gloves, if you don’t like getting your hands dirty this is not your place but if you want to taste excellent food you can’t go wrong… non-existent service order what fish you prefer I order the seasoning and if you want it spicy and then wait there is a queue on the weekend… when the plastic bag and the basket for the shells arrive don’t be shocked but put on your gloves and go up to the paradise of flavors… excellent to try… super fair price for Palm Beach

It was a Sunday the service really sucked VERY slow looks like they were short staffed. This was my 1st time here wish the waiter did have better job explaining the price from the portions you get. Realized $77 later instead of ordering what made sense and less expensive. Overall would come back I would just keep the tip next time for lousy service. The fish art wall was cool. The seafood boil was really good lemon pepper wings are amazingly good

I’m not from around here, but we happened to find this place while visiting, and I’m so glad we did! The food was amazing — everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. I honestly wish I had taken pictures because it was that good. Our server, the younger looking girl, she was wonderful. Even my kids loved her! She took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back when we visit down here again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried their seafood boil for the first time about two months ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I especially love their Low Country Bowl. I don’t like spicy food, so I always go with the mild Cajun seasoning. I’ve only ordered takeout so far and haven’t had any bad experiences—aside from one time they forgot my boiled eggs. I called them, and they were great about it. They logged my info, and the next time I ordered, they made sure to include the missing eggs.
6 months ago I wrote the review above but today I got a seafood boil and suddenly hours later I started to feel sick and had the feeling of throwing up. Unfortunately I threw up everything I ate from here today. Unfortunately I got food poisoning from this location the other location in LW isn’t any better either I had a unique experience there not long ago.

Crab? Yes please. I have visited other Red Crab locations and this one was a highlight. Got more crab than I expected. Great Rum Runners. Love the atmosphere but could have been a touch cleaner. I’ll still go back though. Love the garlic butter smell on my fingers the next day. LOL

There’s a reason this location received the reviews it does (compared to their other locations). The service is horrible.
My wife and I walked in, let the host know we were going to sit at the bar. We grabbed a seat at the bar, and after roughly 7 minutes, the bartender walks up with a menu, states they are going home, and there is no service at the bar. We move to a table, and immediately hear the young bartender telling everyone she’s going home, and another employee is clearly not happy as they should be leaving soon.
Not to mention, the host, take out person, and a 3rd staff member are present sitting in various places not helping in any way. In short, there is no management.

Definitely a nice vibe. I had the Low Country Boil and it was delightful. I went with my best friend and we ordered more eggs and more corn. Mainly, because mines came with a lot of sausages. But still great vibe and I dropped my first Bib lol.
