This location is a disaster from top to bottom. I was given the wrong sandwich first, and it was so stale and hard it was inedible. When they finally gave me the correct sandwich, it was clearly microwaved and slapped together. The wrapper was stuck to it so badly that peeling it off destroyed the sandwich. That’s the level of care being put into the food here.
The customer service was even worse. The staff was rude from the start, and the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I was told they “couldn’t” refund a tap-to-pay purchase, which is simply not true. Then the manager took my phone out of my hand, brought it inside the store, set it on the counter, and shut the window without explanation. There was no reason to handle my personal device at all.
Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I wish I had read them ahead of time i wouldn’t have ordered here at all. If this is how management runs this location, it explains everything. The food quality is bad, the service is worse, and the attitude toward customers is embarrassing. Its clear whoever owns this location could care less. Oh, still no refund.

I’m so sorry for the owner of this branch. Your staff takes nothing seriously and prefers to bicker in the background with each rather than taking a simple order. Best of luck folks.

Worst location ever! The service was horrible and the food quality sucked. There was only 4 staff, and they were all so rude. while i was in the middle of taking my order, my cashier was arguing with another staff in the back. When I finally finished ordering, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, when there was literally only two other customers in the restaurant. While waiting for my food, all of the employees were mad and just shouting and cursing at eachother for the entire time. 10 minutes after ordering, they asked everyone in the restaurant what they ordered for some reason??? They should know what we ordered. While I was re telling her my order, I corrected her mistake and she took a DEEP sigh, and gave me a side eye with the most attitude, as if this isn’t her job. When I had finally gotten my food, they forgot to give me the cups for my drink. So unprofessional! Whoever is in charge of this location should take a deep look into all of this.

Stop by Saturday night and waited at the drive through to hear the clerk say that they were no longer taking orders. This is not the first incident. McDonald’s drive through is packed with the line moving. The owner of this restaurant need to roll up his or her sleeves and get this business off the ground. I don’t believe that it will be open for too much longer. Sad service on a Saturday evening from a restaurant with a prime location surrounded by competitors

Terrible service and I didn’t even get my food. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins just to order, and before ordering I could hear the staff bickering in the background over the drive-thru speaker. When I FINALLY got to the window I had been in line for around 30 mins (there were only 4 cars ahead of me). There was no one at the window, and one of the staff looked at me after I had sat there for a few mins with a disgusted look, and turned and walked away. The location looks dirty, and the staff members obviously dont care. After the myriad of issues, I drove off (from all indicators, I didnt want their food anyways, it would probably have made me sick).This was one of the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had, I will never be back to this location and I would highly advise anyone against it.

The golden BBQ whopper was really good- this location absolutely not. Most of the lights didn’t work, the soda fountain was mostly flat, the interior decor was straight outta 2005, and last but not least there were 2 people on staff. 2 people juggling making food, attending the drive thru, and attending the front counter. Overall it’s a neglected location hopelessly stuck in the past and BK doesn’t care enough to invest in more staff or improve the interior decor. If BK doesn’t care about this location, then they should do everyone a favor and sell this property to someone else who does care.

Let me tell you about my recent attempt to get some food from the Burger King in Mayfield Heights. This was not a quick stop; it was an exercise in utter, soul-crushing futility.
I made the grave mistake of placing an online order, believing this modern convenience would streamline the process.

Foolish, foolish me.

When I arrived at the restaurant, full of misguided optimism and a rumbling stomach, I entered the drive-thru abyss.
I then spent the next 38 minutes of my life staring at the back of 3 equally bewildered cars, waiting for a simple online order. Thirty-eight minutes! I could have slow-roasted a whole pig in that time. I could have watched an entire sitcom, including commercials. I could have driven to another city and bought a better burger.
But the real insult came as I finally crawled toward the ordering speaker/pickup window. The employees, having successfully achieved a state of complete, Zen-like indifference to the growing line of furious customers, decided on the ultimate act of operational sabotage: they turned off the drive-thru screens. They didn’t just ignore us; they functionally erased the entire queue from their reality. The glaring blank screens were a monument to their apathy, a neon sign broadcasting, “We see you, we know you paid, and we simply do not care.”
This isn’t slow service; this is a hostile business model. If you enjoy sitting in a car, feeling the slow burn of your money being wasted, and achieving peak frustration, then this Burger King is your destination. For everyone else, heed this warning: Drive past. Keep driving. Don’t let this royal failure steal your time or your appetite.

This is by far the worst Butger King I have been to. I have been here multiple times, each time hoping that the experience will be better than the time before, only to be disappointed yet again. Tonight I ordered 2 whoppers in the drive-thru. I waited 5 minutes just for them to take my order. Another 7 minutes after I had paid at the window. I had to remind the girl at the window to give me my change after she handed me my food. And the change was wrong. When I bit into the whoppers the meat was foul tasting and also burnt. For me this was the last chance for this location. As far as I am concerned, I would be happy if this location was closed.
