I am big into reviews but this rating does not align with the experience and food we received. I am a foodie and have to say that I loved this place. To the point that I would have easily picked top eat every day here. The brisket fried rice was the best rice I have ever eaten. And the sushi was so spot on. Aaron was our server and he was extremely friendly and took great care of us, even making excellent recommendations. Forget the rating and give this place a try. You will not be sorry.

Godzilla roll and the brisket fried rice was amazing!! The Ahi Tataki was also really good. Will eat here again next time we visit!

Been here for this dish twice over now. One of my favorite meals in Las Vegas, there’s a tingling effect from the chiles they use in the sauce. 10/10 get the Dan Dan noodles

Amazing food!! Casino restaurants can sometimes be sketchy, but RED is fantastic. The Shoyu Ramen is absolutely dreamy with fresh noodles, thick cuts of pork belly, thin sliced ginger, scallions, bamboo shots all bathed in a perfect broth.. The Brisket fried rice is a complete meal all on its own, with large tender pieces of mouthwater brisket (we always order one on the side to spilt).. This has become one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas and I highly recommend it when you are in the Downtown area. Definitely a Hidden Gem ✨️.

We had a late-night dinner here during our stay at The Golden Nugget. We ordered pot stickers, ramen, and the white tiger sushi roll (see photos). Everything was really good. I easily made a meal out of the sushi roll, it was huge. Our food was ready pretty quickly, service was good, and the prices weren’t bad. The menu is not huge but has a little bit of everything. We’d definitely come back here again.

The staff are friendly, the food is okay. I was not overly impressed, in particular with the costs. The sushi was no better than what I can get at Kroger. The noodles Dan were decent. They had good flavor and it was filling.

It looks like a very nice restaurant from the outside. The food is poor quality and the fish used in the sushi tasted old and warm. I had to send it back. The ramen tasted “off.” I am not sure what it was, but I sent it back for fear of getting ill.

Dining at Red is a must when I visit Las Vegas. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always spot on. It’s a small venue but worth the wait should there be one. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our dinner at RED sushi. The manager was able to accomodate GF needs and they seemed responsive to my concerns. We shared the lettuce wraps and each had sushi. Everything was yummy. It is high priced but expected in the area.
