My family is still amazed by how much food comes on each plate! My in-laws had to order just one main dish and ask for a plate to share. As the plates kept coming a common word around the table kept being said “WOW”.
I wouldn’t consider myself a foodie but with asian restaurants I feel like there is a sliding scale of quality. This place feels like it takes pride in making the food look like it came right out of a menu or online advertisement.
We’ve been here several times now, and it’s quickly become a family favorite.
From the first bite, it was clear this is the best sushi we’ve had since the move. The nigiri was pristine and beautifully balanced, and the rolls were thoughtful, fresh, and expertly crafted. Every piece tasted intentional, clean, and deeply satisfying—the kind of sushi that reminds you why simplicity done well is such a luxury.
What truly elevates the experience, though, is the endearing and attentive service. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to share their craft, the staff made the experience feel special without ever feeling formal or forced.
This is a fantastic hidden find
The sushi was almost all 50% off and everything was fresh. My husband ordered a hot dish and it was delicious.
The fortune cookie was super crispy and we loved the message. It’s really worth having lunch and dinner here. We highly recommend!
I am a sucker for deep fried rolls and this is a total hotspot.
The menu is ginormous and rolls are anywhere from $7-15. They have lots of yummy appetizers like Miso soup, edamame classic Asian style stuff.
The restaurant is super small so don’t go taking a group of 10 people because they’ll struggle to accommodate that.
The servers are wonderful and very on top of everything, which often leads to receipts being mixed up so if that happens just let them know and they’ll fix the bill for you.
The fish was mediocrely fresh which is likely due to us coming later in business hours.
We got the butterfly roll
The dragon roll
Executive roll
Tokyo roll
In the pictures. They were so so good! Served either perfectly cool or hot and fried.
He also reminded us—very abruptly—that the two youngest people at our table could not share a drink and that we would be charged for both, despite our table having ordered well over 15 rolls. The entire interaction was extremely awkward, confrontational, and unsettling. Some of the younger people at our table were visibly shaken, and we quickly asked for to-go boxes, paid the bill, and left.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing somewhere else. Better options nearby include Sushi Garden in American Fork, Tsunami down the street, and Ginza in Sandy.
They had a huge selection of sushi available, and their service was really fast
We got the Crazy Girl, Ice Mountain, and Lehi Dragon.
The Crazy Girl roll (top) was amazing, the Lehi Dragon (bottom) was good, but I wasn’t loving the Ice Mountain (middle). My friend loved it though.
One thing I didn’t like was that they did tap water for our drinks, and you can definitely taste it. Didn’t like that.
