Comfy low-key atmosphere with a quiet dining room. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The food made me realize I don’t use enough tamarind in my home cooking. The broth with the boat noodles had wonderful depth and just the right amount of spice with no bitterness. Both the beef and crispy duck were among the most tender and well seasoned I’ve had at a restaurant.
I really enjoyed my experience here and I look forward to trying more things on their menu.

Haven’t tried a lot of Thai places here in Colorado. I’d say this is my favorite right now. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and the lady serving was was so patient and helpful when we were looking at the menu. And although she was doing it all by herself that day, the waitressing, the bus-ing and cooking, we never felt forgotten. Our drinks were refilled and from when we ordered to when the food came out, everything was timely and fast.
I’d definitely recommend.
Their prices too are affordable when compared to other similar places.

I tried this place last week, and I loved it. I’m so happy to find good Thai food around here. I thought all hope was lost. The only downside that might bother some people, especially if you are in a hurry, is that we went in around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, it was just 2 of us and another man waiting to be served, and there was only 1 sweet lady working. So it did take a long time to be waited on and even to pay cause she was also having to cook all the food and to go orders by herself, but I feel like her kindness and delicious food made up for this fact. I’m sure other days there are more than 1 person working. I felt bad for her having to do everything on her own, and I’m grateful there weren’t more people sitting down to eat at that time cause it would’ve been too much work for her all by herself. I can’t wait to go back again, though, and have more friends try it.

We have eaten at 30+ Thai restaurants in the Denver metro area since we moved here 12 years ago. This is by far the most authentic food we have eaten. We live in Brighton and the drive is still well worth it. Papaya salad and green curry taste like it is fresh off the market from Bangkok. This is a must have restaurant.

If you’re craving genuine Thai flavors in Aurora, this restaurant is a hidden gem that delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish is crafted with care, capturing the authentic essence of Thai cuisine.
The Tom Yum Soup is an absolute must-try. Its aromatic lemongrass broth is perfectly balanced with a tangy lime kick, chili heat, and plump, tender shrimp. It’s the kind of comfort food that warms your soul.
The Papaya Salad (Som Tum) is a refreshing and vibrant addition to the menu. The shredded green papaya, crunchy peanuts, and tangy dressing create a medley of textures and flavors that’s both light and satisfying. The spice level can be adjusted, but if you love an authentic Thai kick, go for the medium or hot—it’s worth it!
Another standout is the Pork Larb. This flavorful minced pork salad is packed with fresh herbs like mint and cilantro, tossed with lime juice, fish sauce, and a hint of toasted rice powder for that signature nutty aroma. It pairs beautifully with sticky rice or steamed jasmine rice.
The service is as warm as the food is flavorful. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always ready to recommend dishes or adjust spice levels to your preference. The cozy ambiance, combined with the truly authentic flavors, makes this restaurant a go-to spot for Thai food lovers.
Whether you’re a fan of bold spices or just starting to explore Thai cuisine, this place will have you coming back for more. Highly recommend!

The BEST Thai food I’ve had in Colorado. My husband’s Grandmother is Thai and makes the best food and this tastes exactly like her cooking. We will definitely be back.

We are glad we found Real Thai. We’re from Thailand and have tried a few Thai restaurants out here. By far, Real Thai is the best in/near Denver.
I got chicken pad thai with less sauce so that it wasn’t too sweet. It turned out perfect and close to authentic. My friend ordered Pad Bamboo Shoots with crispy pork. She absolutly loved crispy pork and it was flavorful.
The service by the owner was excellent. We would come back and also recommend this place.

The food was so flavorful and tasty – definitely one of the best thai places in Colorado. The Tom Yum soup & Hooky noodles were great. The lady was super nice and it felt like authentic and home-made! Definitely coming back again. The only complaint was that we had to wait a bit because it was manned by one person.

Real Thai Mile High is my go-to spot for authentic Thai cuisine, and the Papaya Salad is my absolute favorite. It’s fresh, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice—truly the best I’ve had anywhere. The Hoy Tod is another standout, with its crispy texture and savory flavor that’s simply unbeatable. If you’re a fan of Thai food, this place is a must-visit. Every dish I’ve tried here has been exceptional, but the Papaya Salad and Hoy Tod keep me coming back for more.
