Absolutely phenomenal food! We got the fried pork, shrimp pasta, and jerk wings. We had never tried Haitian food before, but we were absolutely blown away! Everything is flavored to perfection. The pork is tender, the sauce they pair it with makes it even better. Portions are pretty big and can serve multiple people. Their staff is very friendly and knows what their customers love and can give guidance on what to order.

It’s definitely a hole in the wall, but is 100% worth trying. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this place once more!

Love Carribean food, and was surprised to find this little jewel of a restaurant on our EAST side of Ft.Wayne. Located in the Georgetown area, next to Do-It-Best, just north of State and Maplecrest! Was weary about trying their oxtail, as I had yet to have some good oxtail in Ft.Wayne. But let me tell you that their oxtail was delicious, tender, and falling off the bone! It was served with red beans & rice, along with a small salad. My husband tried the goat, and it also was amazing! Tender, bbq’d and soooo tasty! It was served with fried plaintain and a small colslaw. They had a whole array of deinks to choose from, like pineapple juice, coconut juice, ensure, different flavored soda pops, chocolate or strawberry drinks & even RedBull. I tried some Mango/Carrot juice that was delicious and hubby tried some Haiti grape juice. Atmosphere was nothing to brag about, but the food & service definitely made up for that! IF you like oxtail or goat, they absolutely make it correctly!! A must TRY spot!

Coming from Jamaican descendant it’s missing some Jamaican culture. Missing cabbage ackee and saltfish dish. It would have been nice to have someone there who spoke English. Also maybe have the picture and name of dish together. Can’t charge 20 for meal and still have to pay for sides separately . I feel like both of my meals don’t have a lot of meat mostly bones. I will come back in a couple of months to see if the meat portion changed.
I ordered was oxtails rice and peas and fried plantains. Second meal supposed to stewed chicken and steamed vegetables.

Good atmosphere and very friendly service.

The Haitian Epis is super good on its own, can’t wait to marinate chicken with it and grill. For a bottled hot sauce the MEN PA’W which is green habanero sauce is very flavorful, smokey and spicy.
Look forward to ordering some traditional dishes from them soon, like oxtail, goat and fried plantains.

The food is excellent when they care. Their service is wildly inconsistent. You can order and pay a day in advance, have a set time for pick up, call when you’re on your way, and they’ll still make you wait 20+ minutes for no reason. Those same people can also have your goat plate ready in 5 minutes when you walk in. Judge it by the food before anything else.

Griot and fried plantains were both excellent. The grocery store is really cool, nice mix of imported things you can’t find anywhere else and staples that everybody needs like milk and eggs. We need more places like this, it’s a fun stop.
