First time visiting, and while the food was good, I was dissatisfied with the service. Our server, Lauren, was not attentive. We had to tell her that we were ready to order after waiting 30 minutes after getting our drinks. She only returned after our food was boxed up asking if we were ok. On the other hand, the food came out hot and was delicious. The restrooms were not serviced (no paper towels were not clean).

Birthday dinner was so much fun at Razzoo’s. Everyone had wonderful food and drinks. I think we should have been wheeled out by wheel barrel. So worth it . Looking forward to the next time. Keep up the great job. Only reason not 5 on service was it took a long time to order but everything else made up so over all 5.

If I could give Erin’s service 10 stars on this review, I would! She’s truly a gem and I’m very glad that I met her this evening! She picked up our table and was the absolute sweetest. She was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and had a bubbly energy even during the closing hour of her shift! I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again if she’s free! Always love eating at Razoo’s Cajun Cafe. The best Jambalaya, crayfish, etoffee, fried shrimp.and the pasta. The cocktails are awesome and cold ice beer. Great atmosphere Bartenders are excellent. Highly recommend everyone to try them out.

We had the best time and the service was amazing!! Our server Madalyn was absolutely perky! She had our drinks refilled and table cleared and was completely on top of everything before we had to ask!! I would definitely come back and request her as our waitress! The food was hot and so good! And the cocktails we ordered were just right! We will definitely be back soon!
