First, the window clearly shows a B rating from the county! From working in restaurants I know you need to try to obtain this score, as ample opportunities to remedy are provided by the county; however a large B is displayed. The restaurant smells like mildew with a side of cabbage. The service is ridiculous, I ordered 20 tacos (small taco Tuesday tacos PLAIN) with a small side of rice of beans (both an 1/8 of a cup if you’re lucky), and waited over 30 minutes watching those ordering right before me get their food, finish and leave prior to I receiving my order. All together the cost was over $30 dollars. I ask for hot sauce which was not provided or offered, and I’m told because I ordered taco Tuesday tacos there is a limit. Mind you I had 20 tacos. Begrudgingly the employee brought me 2 for my 20 tacos and I requested one more hot sauce I was told because I did not order a more expensive item off the menu I could not get more hot sauce ( thinking 30 bucks should grant me at least a couple more decadent and sacred herbs and spices mixed to fineness, but nope. I found this rather strange as we all know hot sauce is a must on a taco. Either way, I highly suggest steering clear of this establishment until they are able to recognize that the hardworking people of our area provide them their livelihood. Save your money, there are much better Mexican restaurants in the area that value their customers.

Food is good. No complaints there. Pricing is somewhat fair. Staff is very rude. Every time I’ve come to Raz I’ve experienced one star customer service. The staff is very rude. I order one burrito with intent on ordering more food after and I’m asked “cash or card” after literally every item I order. They will not let you finish a complete sentence.

Replying to the comment made by Jack Stan. I am saddened to say I had the same experience. This seems to be something that is systemic within the establishment. No one appears happy and the food was less than desirable. The majority of the time I felt like I was chewing on tendons and cartilage, not the most appealing, but I was hungry. Hot sauce is like gold and hospitality is not observed. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but they have disappointed me and I will ensure to heed the advise of Jack Stan and stay clear of this restaurant and will highly encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Save your money. Food is greasy, fatty and of poor quality. On top of that service is poor and unwilling to demonstrate appropriate customer service. Further they they have a B in their window It’s a challenge to get a B so this makes me extra concerned with what is going on behind the curtains. If they are rude and in considerate to your face, imagine what may be going on in the kitchen. Please save your hard earned money in these tough economic times and avoid this restaurant.

I have a 5 month old daughter waitress came out and asked me to set my baby on the floor. Couldn’t believe it, restaurant had no high chairs. I wasn’t about to set my baby on the floor. We immediately picked up and left. We’ll never go back there again. Don’t recommend anyone with a child to undergo this humiliation.

I have been to this establishment about 5 times, the food and service has always been exceptional. It is a hidden gem that I was glad it was recommended by my friend. I have tried the QuesaBirria, potato tacos, asada nachos. I also recommend their Birria ramen when the weather cools down. The staff have always been attentive and friendly. I recommend everyone in the HD to try Raz Mexican restaurant. Grauntee to enjoy it.
