We are a locally family-owned business with a passion to serve others. Owners Laura and Rayza met at a restaurant in Tuscaloosa, AL where it all began. They moved to Baldwin County after getting married and settled in Daphne with their two young children, Graham and Oliver.With over 20 years of experience together, and by the grace of God, they are beyond grateful to have this opportunity to have their very own restaurant.

We ordered delivery and it was SO GOOD! The Brussels were amazing. And the kids steak/rice/fruit is perfect for kids, and actually better than the usual chicken tender/pizza only options. Both my boys loved it. I loved it. The sushi was amazing. Will be ordering again and maybe my husband and I can sneak in person on a date night.

When you walk in the atmosphere is so surreal. There were some very loud women that made it hard to enjoy. (I recommend telling guests not to yell so loudly). However, the waitress was friendly. She did get distracted by talking to another table for too long she neglected to see our drinks empty. Harsh but take the criticism. The food however!! Wow, absolutely wonderful presentation! The aroma, the flavors! All mixed perfectly! Well done CHEFS!!

We read a review and knew we (me, wife, and mother-in-law) had to check it out! We went for lunch on Tuesday and it was amazing! The staff was great, the place was very clean, and loved the decor! Lauren was our server and she was very friendly, knowledgable regarding the menu, and checked in with us frequently. Since it was our first time, we wanted to try a little of everything, so we decided on some of the appetizers, along with a sushi roll and the special that day. We ordered the Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Jubilee Shrimp, Pork Belly, Lobster Spring Rolls, Red Dragon Sushi Roll, and the special of the day, which was Fried Amberjack Fish Tacos. Everything was fresh, delicious, and fantastic; we ate everything and were so full, we didn’t need dinner that night! Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back soon!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had the seaweed salad and the spider roll it was amazing. The eel sauce on the spider roll was delicious. The seaweed salad has lots of thinly sliced cucumbers and it was just such a good combo with the seaweed. Everything was clean and crisp, including the bathroom. Every table had fresh flowers and the waitress was on top of everything. I will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful experience at Rayza’s! The staff was incredibly friendly, and our waitress, Kirsten, truly made our lunch. She was attentive, warm, and spot-on with recommendations. We started with the Jubilee Shrimp appetizer & Miso soup, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Salmon Bowl and loved it, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed the fish tacos; and his salad was divine. We finished off lunch with the blondie desert – a unique twist with pecan brownie & caramel drizzle,
Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was immaculate, and the wide variety of flavor profiles is very inviting. I loved being sat at the sushi bar where I got to talk with the owner and learn about his past. 10/10 would recommend. The only complaint that I have is not having a big enough stomach to finish my dessert!

We normally have great service. Food was delicious as usual. Server was friendly but he went downhill quickly. Cellphones out with staff, lots of conversations between them and it was slow. Tried flagging our server down but he kept talking to fellow server. Drinks went empty continually. Server came with our bill asking if we wanted anything else. My husband was going to order dessert for my birthday but we felt rushed. It was an odd experience this evening.

High quality fish used in their sushi and same goes for the meat used in their other dishes. Recommend asking for light sauce with the bulgogi bowl (they drowned my food the first time). Everyone recommends the lobster rolls for a starter but personally did not care for them as there was too much cabbage (it’s all I could taste). Cocktails are delicious! Had their version of a margarita with sake and it was divine.

An excellent dining experience. Whether dining in or take-out, the food and service were always superb. I usually order the pork belly, fries, and the blackened fish sandwich. Welcoming atmosphere, not too big and not loud. Just a pleasent experience all around, and good value for your money. The cocktails are also very good (Manhattan or Old Fashioned).
