Really good find in Phu quoc. It’s hidden away just off the Main Street. Taxi driver has a problem figuring where to drop us off. It’s right behind the green cafe and pub. Food was great. Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and not dry despite the fact that they were deep fried chicken breasts. I had a 3 course meal with scallops, which were fabulous, tenderloin and dessert. If I’m honest, I thought I was going to be a little hungry after dinner as the courses were quite small but once I had the chocolate cake, it was perfect.

It was an excellent experience. The cafe has a calm and relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing inside, guests are quiet, and the staff move almost silently. We chose a three-course lunch. Each dish was served in the correct order and almost immediately after we finished the previous one. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for a visit!

January 2026 Review:
– Wonderful French food bistrot, we tried many dishes and all are very high level for a France restaurant in a small Vietnam island …
– Bravo to the chef ( from French clients)
✅Definitely recommended !

Really is a hidden gem tucked away out of sight. Family came for dinner on a weekday night and had the 3 course set. Service was prompt and excellent, food especially the fillet mignon was really good. Price is very reasonable for the quality of food served, at ~20 sgd for 3 course with add-ons. If you are a big eater then a 4 course is better as the portions are moderately sized so the 3 course was perfectly fine for us. Nice, cosy atmosphere away from the noisy streets.

Our group of 19 guests enjoyed so much on the amazing French culinary journey! From appeitzer to dessert, even the red wine served, nothing really disappointed us. We would like to give our special gratitude to the only chef who catered our meal with greatest culinary quality and cooking efficiency. We also give thanks to the entire Aigue-Marine team for your wonderful services for the entire night! Merci beaucoup! ❤️

The food overall is very soso
Serving is slow
We had the 3 course menus (4 of them ) so tried pretty much everything
The soup is alright
Do not recommend :
Scallops ~ tasteless lukewarm (which is fine but also not well cooked) bit rubbery and .. watery …
Mash with steak – mash is very dry . Steak is also lukewarm
The fondant cake . Very dry and powdery / lumpy… the sauce is watery
I saw others ordering à la carte – seemingly looked better

We reserved the indoor table for 12 of us and dined at this restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has good decorations. The food display is excellent and creates a nice visually appealing presentation. The food itself was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Thao. She was attentive to every detail, even noticing when we felt a bit warm and promptly bringing out a fan. Especially thank you Thao for the good service. We all agreed this was a 5-star dining experience, and we strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the portions of the three-course meal were very small. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff very friendly. We will definitely come back. They should really consider making the portions a bit bigger for the three or four-course meal. It should be enough to fill you up.
