This is a MUST stop when in Green River. The burgers here are top-notch. My wife and I had the bacon cheese burger, and it was phenomenal!!! Cooked to perfection and SO full of flavor. The fried here are outstanding as well. Looks to be cut fresh from potatoes, into nice long we’ll cooked and seasoned fries. The fry sauce is a nice add on, just completing a very pleasant and enjoyable burger. Staff are super friendly, and the service is fast! Long and short of it if you aren’t eating here every time you come through Green River, your missing out.

This burger was great and the fries were fresh cut and made to order. I never like the additional fee for using a CC. I almost took away a star. Just hide your Cc fee in your food prices. Feels much better to the customer.

I ordered the 12oz Rib-eye steak with fries. The steak was ok. Cooked ok. Not season and a bit bland. Fries seemed freshly cut but were soggy and unsalted. This place is ok in a rush but I would recommend trying another restaurant in town.

This place is a gem, one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Grilled pork chop is also to die for, I’d put Ray’s up against any top rated steakhouse in Chicago(for half the price!) The homemade apple pie is amazing.
