This was a cool dive bar and my favorite during a week long stint in SD. I tired several places but always found myself back here for cold drinks and good times in a great atmosphere . Bartenders were the best . It is cash only so bring paper money .

Wish they’d start Happy Hour at 3 or 3:30 though.
As close to a dive bar as you can find on main street. People are generally welcoming and happy. A good spot to drop by for a beer or two.

Pleasant. Good prices on good drinks. Atmosphere is a little right-wing for my tastes, but if you can get past that, it’s a nice local small bar. Popcorn was free and plenty tasty.
