We stopped in here for lunch on a Thursday. It was not very busy. The place is extremely clean and well kept. It looks like they just remodeled it. I ordered their grilled chicken and a tossed salad. I would say it was as good as to be expected. My friend ordered a crispy chicken salad. We also had their mozzarella cheese sticks and fries for an appetizer. I didn’t care for their baked beans but that was probably just my taste buds.

The food was very good, decent portions and priced well. Our waitress Rose was absolutely wonderful she did whatever she could to ensure our experience was good. The parking is slightly tight in some spots, so be warned if you’re hauling a trailer, their parking lot is not built for that. My only complaint was the lack of management intervention in getting the soda machines to work properly, but it didn’t ruin the visit. The restaurant was clean as well.

Well worth the half hour drive from Mifflinburg! They exceeded our expectations. The prices were very reasonable, the portion size was more than adequate, and the service was very good and friendly. We were greeted and welcomed the moment we walked through the door. I had the 2 pancakes and sausage patty, and Bonnie had the creamed chipped beef on toast and hash browns. Both were excellent!

I ordered the lunch special – hamburger in pea gravy over mashed potatoes. Tasty. I had never heard of it before but trying the local fare is part of the joy of traveling. Otherwise you might as well stay home – or just go to Denny’s.

On Highway 220,the options can be few,so glad we found this gem! Staff was friendly, food fantastic, and cleanliness top notch! I had vegetable beef soup ( homemade), and grilled cheese sandwich. They even used a variety of cheeses on my sandwich as requested! My husband had the Reuben,wonderful! Homemade Boston Cream Pie,outstanding! Don’t miss this gem!

Mashed potatoes are thick instant and gravy was thick. Not happywith that I also had ham. Was very good . Peas was great. I wanted extra butter but no one stopped or got it we were almost done and waitress came by everything ok? As she quickly walked past.
