Nice outdoor seating is set up for covid rules. The food we got was great. I had the lunch special, and it was better than anticipated. It wasn’t something I expected to get here – a quinoa walnut cranberry arugula salad. I ordered Cesar dressing on top. It was SO fulfilling! My friend got a traditional Mary’s salad and chicken tortilla soup that she has gotten for years. And of course, the fresh out of the oven breadsticks with butter. Parking is open here during the day at least and prices are reasonable.

With only 6 tables having lunch, it took over 45 minutes to get a bowl of soup, two salads and a slice of pizza. The staff in the kitchen was doing nothing, absolutely no enthusiasm or any type of effort from any of them. Very disappointing to see people not care about their customers or their jobs.

Overall atmosphere was pleasant, but the workers seemed very sad and unresponsive. Certainly not happy. The pizza was mediocre at best and lacked a good yeasty chew, and the toppings tend to be very scarce.

I have tried many different Mary’s Pizza locations over the years and none of them have ever met my expectations with pizza or any of the food. I decided to try this location and to my surprise all the food was amazing as well as the service I would 100% recommend this location.

I came down for the fair with my kids and decide to grab pizza for dinner before heading back home to Ukiah. I called placed an order and told them we where on are way. The girl told me 10 to 15 minutes and I said great enough time ge there and eat. When I arrive 12 mins later I was told that I couldn’t eat inside. I asked way and the young man said because I said it was to go. I told him I never said it was to go. He said we could dine in. Then we asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and we said that this was bad customer service. Then he said we could stay but when to tell the rest of his staff that he was upset. Not one of your employees it’s acknowledged us the whole time we where there. Which was less than 25 minutes. The guy man that was working on the floor was have a deep conversation with two lady’s about the football game and telling them it was ok that they stay as long as they need to. We felt every uncomfortable. When we left we asked the manager name and he said Jake. My wife and I have been in management for a long time and told Jack this is definitely a learning opportunity for him and his staff. Jack did say it was policy that to go orders can’t dine in. We explain that the girl that took are order should have asked the question if we where eating in? As I said we where coming from the fair and heading over an hour home we had no intention of eat in the car. Pizza was not great and yes we ate it as we had hungry kids. We hope with this post that the staff will learn and think about how this makes your customers feel. Times are tough and we do have lots of options and choices Mary’s pizza shack. I like Mary’s Pizzas, and this location was no exception. We ordered a large Mary’s salad with blue cheese and a cauliflower crust Hawaiian pizza to split and the spaghetti and meatball with minestrone soup. Our server, Bailie, was very friendly and attentive. We got our food quickly, and just as we expected it: delicious! Their blue cheese dressing is better than any other chain restaurant in the area, so at least one of us orders a salad every time. All the other dishes were delivered hot and cooked to perfection. Bailie, made sure to stop by or table a couple of times to see if there was anything else we needed during the course of our meal. We will definitely come back!

Ok the Tuscan pizza is usually good. I said no chicken or carmalized onion. They had no sauce on it and an un godly amount of garlic muck on here. It was un edible. Also only got a ten dollar credit back when it was also 30 dollars.

Don’t go here. These people peeped me out early and overcharged me for a salad that was supposed to be included with my entree. I pointed that out to the cashier and one woman actually lied to me about it as well. Kind of a shady server so I knew something was going on.
Years ago I did Door dashing. I avoided this location as the food was never ready when I got there. And the staff was rude and ignored me, leading to me cancelling the orders.i remembered that after I left last night. Yeah, I won’t be back there. The dessert was small as well and the whole meal was about $50 just for me!

The meal was satisfactory, although service was slow. Breadsticks arrived after an unacceptable delay and were served cold. The creamy pesto cheese ravioli was enjoyable, though excessive pesto sauce detracted from the dish. The Cobb salad was delicious, excluding the blue cheese and bacon.
