We love the vibe here. They kept the coziness of the last place but added some BBQ flare. They have bar seating as well as booths and tables. The food was amazing! They have lots of drink choices, alcoholic or nonalcoholic including mocktails. We shared the BBQ sampler combo and it was all incredible!! The sauces are so flavorful! We had great service and the place was packed! The prices were aligned with the large portions you get! So happy to welcome them to our Johnstown community! Please go and support them!

This was some of the best restaurant food I’ve had in awhile. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich and it came with pub fries, and a side of the mac and cheese. All of which came out hot and fresh, I would definitely order this again and highly recommend the mac and cheese.

We came the other night to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised! Haley provided the best service! She was very attentive, cheery, and provided excellent suggestions! The food was amazing, especially the pit beans! We loved it so much we came back for Sunday lunch! We were fortunate to have Haley serve us again! First time trying this restaurant was Tuesday night. Upon entering it felt expensive. It seems like a quiet and old money place to dine. The one gold framed TV behind the bar had travel videos running. Not my idea of a BBQ spot. The food was great. Service was great. The bartender changed the channel to an NFL game upon request. The Ray Ray’s story and the local sourcing of meat needs to be more apparent. My suggestions are maybe add a TV or two and a draft list or something that is welcoming for people that want to eat and not “dine” at least on the bar side. It could have a little more energy and be a little more inviting to the middle class or those who love BBQ. Parking was easy. The fries were among the best. I can’t wait to go there again and try the brisket.

My visits to Ray Ray’s Barbeque have been wonderful. The staff is friendly and contributes to the dining experience. Our server, Victor, was charismatic and attentive. He had great recommendations from the menu.The food is consistently delicious. The smoked wings, turkey sandwich, and apple desserts have been some of my favorite things on the menu, but you could not go wrong with anything on it! I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I came here from a recommendation of my brother in law and as soon as I walked in the smells coming from the kitchen was like a hug for your nose!!! My servers name was Hailey and she did an amazing job my drink was always full and she was very attentive to the table but not overly crowding us while we ate which was nice. I got the brisket burnt end sandwich and it was perfectly cooked and I will definitely be coming here again 10/10 great job!

Enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant! Worth the small hike from Columbus! Beautiful enclosed patio & super clean restrooms too. Collard greens & fried okra are delicious! Staff was super friendly & accommodating. GM, Marc, is an absolute gem! Definitely will return!

1st time here and it didn’t disappoint! Victor & Melissa were such great host & hostess, they made it fun and their attention to detail was on point. We took Victors recommendations and were very happy with the choices. The dessert, whiskey apples a la mode…..enough said!
