I recently visited the Dairy Queen drive-through, and my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a medium cone with extra sprinkles and a Brownie Heath Bar Delight.
When the staff tried to hand me my cone, I noticed it was completely bare—there were no sprinkles on it at all. I immediately pointed this out and told her it didn’t even have enough sprinkles to be considered a regular cone. She took the cone back, but when she returned, she handed me the exact same cone with the same lack of sprinkles!
I asked her, “Did I not pay for extra sprinkles?” She acknowledged that I did, yet I was still given nothing. Frustrated, I requested that she put the sprinkles in a cup so my daughter could actually enjoy what I paid for. After some back and forth, she finally got me a cup of sprinkles, which should have been a straightforward fix in the first place.
When I got home and tried the Brownie Heath Bar Delight, I was even more let down. There were only a couple of brownie pieces on top, and the fudge and caramel were mostly stuck to the sides of the cup, you can literally see the ice cream. It’s so thin there wouldn’t even none on top of the browni. I took pictures all the way around the whole entire dessert so you could actually see. It felt like I was just eating vanilla ice cream with a few toppings, which was not what I was hoping for.
Since I wouldn’t make it back before closing time, I called the store to voice my concerns. The lady on the phone claimed to be the manager, but after I explained my issues, she said she needed to get upper management. It was clear she wasn’t actually the manager. When the other person got on the line, they didn’t acknowledge my concerns or apologize, just taking my name and saying they’d note it. When I asked for her name, she gave me a fake name—“Latuda.
Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope my feedback can help improve service for future customers, as I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen in the past.

Every time I have came to this dairy queen recently they have always messed up my order whether it’s forgetting / giving me the wrong sauce and even forgetting my sundays / icecream in general. It has never been like this till recently. I got a $7 meal deal with chicken strips I asked for ranch and buffalo and I got ranch and bbq and I never asked for bbq sauce. This is not the first time this has happened I am getting tired of getting all the wrong stuff from what I have ordered this is ridiculous.

So we were in the drive through 10 mins ago, and we had to repeat our order like 4 times because the young lady kept repeating it wrong back to us. Once she finally repeated it right we got up to the window and I was missing my cheese curds, and had no extra sauce when I asked her earlier for it, and I asked for no gravy, I was only given gravy. We didn’t get a straw, or fork for tenders, this is so disappointing since I always come for a snack. Prolly won’t be back.

I placed an online order 9 hours in advanced before work, when I arrived after finally getting it It has the sauce everywhere and the cheese curds are in a pool of it, while saying have a great day the person at the checkout just says nothing shows the quality of the place.

One of the best Dairy Queens I’ve been in. The manager was AMAZING! I had my 2 small boys and she helped carry my ice cream cake out to my car. She held the door open for customers. Just all around wonderful lady!

So no lids on the blizzards which were already extremely soft as they were handed out the window and then obviously ran all over in the cupholders. Didn’t know they were supposed to be soup!? Also drive through a girl didn’t give me my receipt or my change. When I asked for my receipt she handed it to me and then I asked for my cash back and she told me she had already given it to me. I showed her that she clearly did not hand me any money with the receipt and she still refused to give me my cash back. Manager stood right there watching the whole thing and nothing was done. So cool! Guess I tip people for giving me a mess to clean up in my car! Guess I just won’t be frequenting that Dairy Queen anymore.. not the first time I’ve had issues. But hey at least the drive-thru girl gave my daughter’s puppy a treat! So I guess that’s what my change paid for!

My 7pm visit today was appalling! Never have I ever been so disgusted! I ordered the 6 pc. chicken strip basket with a drink with no ice. Everything seemed fine at first and the food tasted really fresh. It wasn’t until I was down to the last 1/4 cup of my large soda that I realized that there was something in my drink. I didn’t know what it was, I had no reason before to take the lid off my drink, but when I was sipping on the straw and something solid slipped into my mouth, immediately opened my drink and spat whatever was in my mouth back into the cup it came out of. When I looked into the cup, to my horror, it looked like someone hocked a loogie in my drink! I got so sick to my stomach and can’t believe anyone would do such a thing. My stomach is still turning over it. My nephew is calling the health dept tomorrow and we will get to the bottom of this! I attached photos. I would have not awarded any stars if I didn’t have to. Check you drinks before you pull away. Nasty!

Stopped here at 9pm on a Tuesday night and didn’t end up leaving the drive thru until 9:40. I sat at the speaker for 7 minutes before I heard anything. Not even a “we’ll be with you in a moment.” The line was wrapping around the building so you’d think they’d be trying to get through everyone’s orders but the line was slowest I’ve ever seen at any drive through. I’ve been served faster at Texas Roadhouse. I had a mobile order so I was expecting the order to be ready quick. I sat at the window for a good 5 minutes before I was handed anything. While sitting at the window I saw the employees just standing around talking. There were 2 employees at MOST actually trying to do their job. I was being polite and saying “thank you” when my items were being handed to me and I got silence in return. I got home to eat my food and my friend’s order was wrong and after we ate maybe 3 bites of our food, both of us felt sick. Usually the food is good and the service is terrible but this time the food was terrible and the service was worse than the food.
