I ordered the poke sushi and a mocha latte, and both were excellent. The poke sushi was super fresh with great flavor and generous portions. Everything tasted really clean and well-balanced. The mocha latte was surprisingly good too—smooth, not overly sweet, and a perfect match with the meal. The service was friendly and fast, and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Purchased an order of hand rolls the salmon, eel and avocado, spicy scallop and tuna. I loved that they wrap the seaweed so that it doesn’t get soggy by the time you sit down to eat. I took mine to go. I also ordered the crunch roll and the chirashi box. Everything was fresh, delicious and filling.

So happy to finally have a unique option in Diamond Bar! I came during the soft opening and everything was amazing.
I ended up ordering the poke bowl and it was very nice! the fish was super fresh, the sauces were delish, and the tempura flakes added a perfect crunch. I also loved the hand rolls which had a great, balanced ratio of fish to rice. My favorite is the spicy tuna!
This is a high quality, satisfying meal that won’t break the bank. Definitely coming back to try the other fish and their matcha latte!

Loved their sushi! I don’t usually write reviews but the proportion of the shari and sashimi, even the small details of the packaging were better than I expected. The tempuras on tendons had thicker dough, but I think it is to let it stay crispy as to go food. I could hear tempuras being cooked freshly in the kitchen. The sauce was slightly sweet to me as a person that eats bland but still it was tasty. Actually, I was there twice because at my first visit, their rice ran out. So I tried it second time hoping it was worth it, and it really was. There are about 10 seats indoor that you can wait for food. I had to wait for the cashier a bit – seems like she has to work both in the kitchen and the hall. But I liked how I could choose the menu without feeling rushed. There are variety of menus including poke, tendon, sushi, sashimi, even match latte. The cashier was so kind too! I’m so glad we have this new restaurant in our neighborhood. Definitely will visit again!!!

1. Flavor was on point. Signature + yuzu combination is flavorful with a hint of tangy goodness that can’t be described.
2. Freshest fish I’ve ever had in a poke bowl. Quality is on par with higher end dined-in sushi restaurants.
Worth every penny! Can’t wait to try their Charashi Bowls and hand rolls!

Raw N Dash just opened and I highly recommend checking it out! Fish quality was really fresh and tasted amazing. Some places that I have been to have a fishy taste, but I did not have that issue here. Salmon sashimi was my favorite! You can pick your choice of sashimi and they will cut/prepare it nicely. If you have ever been to Yama in San Gabriel, it is kinda like that except more options here. The other options they have are rolls, chirashi bowls, hand rolls, and can also make a poke bowl! Good options if you want to have sushi for lunch. They also have matcha lattes and spam musubi. I am glad I don’t have to drive all the way to San Gabriel for good quality sushi to go. I will definitely be coming back!

This is some of the best sushi that I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, because I spent many years living in Japan. The focus is on quality. It’s not cheap, nor should it be. You are paying for high-grade, quality, and freshness that is hard to find, especially in this area. I tested them out with the few items that you see pictured here and I’m definitely going to use them for an upcoming dinner party. I really like having an option like this available in Diamond Bar. There is really nothing else like it, honestly. Will be back again soon.

I used their online ordering to order and pickup a spider roll and a spicy tuna roll. They had my order ready right when they said they would. The rolls were delicious! The tempura in the spider roll was very crunchy and the spicy tuna was perfect spice level!

The sashimi here is incredibly fresh and beautifully packed. Each cut of fish is thick, clean, and melts in your mouth. Even for takeout, the quality is just like dining in a restaurant. Highly recommend RAW N DASH for fresh sashimi lovers!
