New favorite restaurant! We got a few things to share. Everything we had was great! Loved the Tequenos, best cheese stick I’ve ever had. The ground beef empanada was so flavorful as well. All the bread and sauces are homemade and very authentic. Definitely would recommend! We will be back to try more. Great first experience with Venezuelan food!

One thing Evansville is lacking is more Latin options and this for sure makes up for it! This place is fantastic and everyone that works behind the kitchen is extremely hospitable. If you want to try something different this will be it! Highly recommend and it is so incredibly tasty. Do not leave without having!

We had the Patacones and the Burkhart burger and they were amazing! The employees were very helpful and friendly. We’re definitely coming back for more.

One of my favorite restaurants in Evansville! The food is absolutely amazing, authentic Venezuelan cuisine full of flavor. The prices are great for the quality and portions you get. The new lasagna “pasticho” is a 100/10 Highly recommend!

We wanted something a little different tonight, so we checked out Main Street Food & Beverage — and Ravas Food did not disappoint!
I ordered the steak bowl (it’s usually a lunch item, but he had everything on hand and happily made it for me). Honestly, some of the best steak I’ve had recently — super flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the chimichurri + aioli combo took it completely over the top.
Ty tried the Lincoln Ave Patacones and… wow. It’s not bread — it’s a smashed plantain — loaded with grilled chicken. A little messy, but he said it was absolutely delicious. He practically inhaled it.
If you’re downtown and want something fresh, different, and seriously tasty, I highly recommend stopping by Rava’s. So, so good!

Incredible food, fantastic arepas. Also had the Franklin St (a patacones — shredded beef sandwich with ham, cheese and fried plantain as the bun) which was delicious. Never had anything like it. Able to grab drinks at the bar and watch the game. Will definitely be back!

Eating at Rava’s takes you home. I had the Patacon downtown. My wife had her favorite, empanada de carne molida. Both dishes were to die for. Kudos to Rava’s for bringing a little piece of our cuisine/culture to the Midwest. Buen provecho!

Rava’s was the only food spot open at the Main Street Food and Drink spot when we went to check it out. I didn’t get to experience parking as we walked from the Old National Event Center. There was a dish on the menu that sounded really good but wasn’t available on Tuesdays. I got the Lincoln plantain sandwich. It was really good. The shredded chicken and the sauce were great. The fried plantain was yummy. I had never had plantain before.
