Ordered an agua fresca de Pepino con limón and it tasted Absolutely Rotten. When we brought it to their attention and asked to swap it out for anything else. The manager seemed extremely annoyed and proceeded to taste it and yelled “well it taste good to me so no I won’t swap it out”. Very unprofessional! I asked the lady to throw it away and simply ordered another drink which they told me I would have to pay for. First of all no one was looking for a freebie. I gladly paid for that and several other food we had previously ordered. Such as hot dogs, Tostitos preparados, nachos con Carne asada, Agua de sandía y agua de fresa which was average at best. Terrible food but even worse customer service. This will be the last time I will ever visit this establishment due to the lack of handling a simple situation so unprofessional.

This place is delicious i had there chicken taco plate and a drink the staff is very polite and great I highly recommend to come see Lydia Jorge Miguel Ana and Juanita for breakfast lunch or dinner.

I waited in line and watch him talk to the customer before me for a long time then finally when he got to me I give him my order and she took the next order behind me now these orders were full meal and my was just a strawberry with cream cup that he had me takes a sample of. He could made my drink right then and there and let me go on my way but he decide to serve the person before me and the person behind me and then finally I gave that up after waiting 12 minutes and ask for my money back. When I ask for my money back that’s the time the other gentleman in the back stated the order that I ordered and stated if I wanted that. I’d been said no I just want my money back I will understand if I had ordered a big meal then it took this long but I just wanted a drink and he serve all the big orders before me and after me then he couldn’t even serve me he was taking his time I was on my 30 minutes lunch for that to happen

It was so so. Definitely not authentic Mexican flavor, but good if you’ve never had the real thing in Mexico. The fresas con crema was frozen strawberries, some sort of strawberry sauce and lecherita (sweetened condensed milk) not the fresas con crema I’ve had when visiting Mexico. My kids liked the milk shake, it was really expensive, but it was ok. Almost $18 for one shake and one fresas seemed a little steep, but i get it, everything is super expensive these days.
