Very disappointing. I waited about 30 minutes for this place to open. Google says it opens at 1:30 and it didn’t open until 2pm.
I ordered a raspado de leche. So disappointed. It tasted like caramel that’s used on regular ice cream. Nothing like the Nicaraguan raspados. Not worth it.

The products are really good, but their service is terrible, it feels like they’re always in a bad mood, they should be nicer.
I ordered condensed milk to put in my order and I said I would pay for it and they said they don’t do that because traditionally the way they do their recipe isn’t the way I wanted (which it wasn’t about changing their recipe, I just wanted to add condensed milk)

Their raspados are delicious but the service is so bad I don’t think I’ll be back. There isn’t even an ounce of manners in this place. It’s a shame but based on other reviews it seems that this is standard service here

I used to love these raspados when young. They do taste yummy but it is too much sugar for my grown up taste. I tried them as an adult but don’t think I’ll have it again.

LOVE THE RELLENOS RASPADOS! I have been coming here since a child and now that I live far, I still make the drive just for the raspados every once in a while. They have gotten expensive but since I only get this once in a blue moon I don’t mind, I guess. Parking is horrible though.

I’ve been coming here for years, today was different the people an older woman an a man with a beard have the WORST attitude, the relleno raspado tasted AWFUL it was put ice, they are really cutting back in putting any type of dulce de leche it was disgusting. Nothing but ice

Came down from North Carolina on vacation and was super excited to come to Raspados Lolly as I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. However this time I was greeted with the most horrible attitude there is, as well as just poor quality in the relleno. Absolutely not worth the drive for the attitude considering they aren’t particularly cheap.

Came with my husband and his family. It really doesn’t get better than crushed ice and dulce de leche, yum ! The gentleman was very helpful and answered all my questions! Will definitely return.

I have been coming here for years. Today I was in the area and I wanted my husband to try the amazing Relleno raspado that I have always loved. Customer service was good. The taste of the caramel topping is still creamy and delish as I remember but the quality overall has unfortunately decreased. I think the reason for this is the shaved ice is different somehow. It clumps up in large chunks and no longer gives therefor the same consistency. It may be that it is from what I can tell no longer done manually instead they have a machine shaved ice maker. Another thing is the chunks of cake taste great but now are significantly smaller. I remember the cake pieces being a lot bigger and or more of it. For these reasons it was nice to try it once more but I don’t think I will make the trip from Broward to come down again unless the quality improves.
