It pains me to say we had an awful experience today. We waited forever to be waited on, grabbed our own menus. When waitress finally came we were ready to order food and drinks. Our drinks never came out, after 15 minutes we had to go ask for them. About an hour after we ordered our food, the waitress came to our table for the first time since taking our order to tell us that our food just entered the ovens. There was only one other table dining in. But three other tables left after not being waited back on after being given menus.
After finally getting our food, the breadsticks were over done, pizza was under cooked. We were served our pizza without plates and spatulas to serve the pizza. We had to request those and condiments. Just overall very disappointed as Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza in town. I don’t know that I will be back 🙁

I always receive such pleasant and friendly customer service at this location, whether for an in-person carry out order, when calling in an order by phone, or when interacting with the delivery drivers. Also, anytime I place a carry-out order, the food’s always ready when I arrive, and everything Always tastes fantastic!!! No complaints 🙂

Food is just not good. They can’t even bother tossing your wings in sauce even though that’s how you order it- they just drizzle some on top… talk about strange lol. The pizza sauce tastes sickly sweet. Way way too greasy and will give you a stomach ache everytime without fail. Not what real pizza tastes like. I’ve tried to give them a few chances and I just accept that I can’t get good pizza in this part of the country. Dominos and Pizza Ranch aren’t any better. Skip this. Go take a trip to Chicago, or the east coast if you want good pizza.

Service was great……our waitress was very friendly and kind.
It was clean on the inside and out.
We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, family cheesy bread, and 5 drinks which 3 we kids and came to under $40.
I like the cheesy bread but couldn’t get into the pizza. I thought the crest was nicly done along with the topping. I didn’t like the sauce at all and really turned me away from the pizza. I could only eat one slice.
All around it was a ok visit. Got atmosphere and family friendly. Price wasn’t bad either.

two times now, pizza has been late . 2hrs, then 30 minutes. couple months ago it was fine but showing up with a car full of people, same girl its annoying and frustrating do better trf, especially answering the phone, when you order out the expectation is hot fresh food, not food you have to warm up in microwave.

Food was good, atmosphere not so much due to staff being overwhelmed and actively freaking out in the kitchen. I don’t blame that so much on the staff though as it seemed they were very understaffed.

Not very good service. Waitress was very rude and snotty. She said dine was open until 8pm. It was 6:30 waitress said that we could not dine in at that time. How Frusterating.
