We’ve been a frequent customer for quite a while now. Love their Grandma pizza, chicken Bruschetta, and stuffed chicken parm pizza. The best chicken francese in the area! We also use them for catering for parties. They’re so friendly with my son and even made a special pizza topped with garlic knots for his birthday because they know he loves garlic knots. We’re so thankful and appreciative to have them be our local pizza spot!

I was driving through Edgewater and I am so HAPPY I decided to try this pizza place. This has got to be the BEST pizza I’ve ever had outside of Italy. If I’m back in the area I’ll make sure to stop here again. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The eggplant parm sandwich was fantastic! The bread tastes freshly baked and the eggplant was cooked perfectly (which is really hard to do!) Just wish it had a bit more marinara, otherwise it was perfect. The staff was also very friendly and you can tell they get a lot of regulars. Can’t wait to try other things from the menu!

Rasco’s, our new favorite for Italian food. The pizza and dinners are delish with excellent sauce, cheese and portion size. The picture included is one oversized dinner of eggplant parmigiana. Excellent! We had a party in November for 20 guests with chicken-eggplant Parmesan, pasta , pizza and salad. The adults and children all loved it! Their staff is quick and very friendly. Rasco’s is the best!

I work across the street from Rascos, our boss buys lunch most Wednesdays. He eats at the best restaurants in NJ and NY and when he comes to work on Wednesdays he has Rascos. I am the manager of our Edgewater office and I had to go to a party. With no time to cook something. I called Rascos and orders two party size Stromboli’s which weren’t on the menu. They made the best Stromboli’s I have ever had!! Hats off to the chef!! They were a huge hit. I m known for my cooking. I almost took credit, but I couldn’t! Now I think I will just order instead of cooking from now on. Thanks guys, always a pleasure coming in to the Restaurant!! Your da best!! Thanks from Val
