Place an order online at 9:40, arrive at 10:02 I’m told at that point they are waiting in wings and pull to the front and they would being it out. At 10:22 a young man comes out very non chalant and informs me they don’t have shrimp (in my shrimp and chicken order) or sweet tea. I said, um ok sssoooo, and then he turns to walk off and I say but I paid for it right? He said if you wanna come in we can give you refund. I said I sat here 30 minutes and nobody thought to come out before now. He said I was trying to figure it out….but then just brought it out. The fries were old, grassy and cold. I got no refund, no offer of more chicken tenders, no offers of a replacement drink NOTHING so I go inside clearly and visibly upset for another young man to tell me he’s sorry but they haven’t had shrimp for a month and he DIDNT EVEN TELL ME THAT WHEN I PULLED UP TO GIVE MY NAME and he was trying to clean up they close in an hour and another man to tell me he didn’t know he was in the back. 4th visit to this location and every time there’s an issue. It’s always LOOOONG waits, missing food, bad attitudes…which was why I ordered online to begin with. Very very disappointed with this entire interaction

This location never has chicken cooked! Always 12 min wait. This location has workers that do not want to work . What we all know the brand for is dirty rice, this location does not offer, although it is on the menu. I would not waist your time. Twice as high as Zaxbys! Left the drive thru after all this. When this location first opened it was always great service and food. Quickly went down hill from there.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO to this location. I don’t usually eat Popeyes but all I needed to get was a Mac n cheese for my child and I regret it so much. I ordered a biscuit as well and it was hard as a rock! Glad I checked before I left, so I asked for fresh biscuit and that I would be happy to wait if they were making additional. The young lady proceeded to the biscuit pans and said “no, they’re full”. So I requested that she check the other biscuits and I hear someone yelling from the back, “well she’s gonna have to give the other biscuits back don’t let her take them!” Ummm no ma’am! You may have these hard, rock filled waste of dough.
The exchanged biscuits were softer but I certainly won’t be going back. The exchange was so unprofessional and not worth it.

I usually LOVE Popeyes from a different state but Tennessee location is not the same standard. I came here multiple times hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Took forever, taste isn’t the same and my order was incorrect. PLEASE PLEASE help this location! Maybe more training needed? I don’t know.

Its a wonder that this location and ANY Popeye’s location for that matter is still open for business. I thought madison and gallatin locations were bad but this one is just as bad if not worse. Parking lot was empty and now I know why. Several cars in the drive thru waiting along with people in the dining room that were in the drive thru and decided to come in to see what was going on. Place was a wreck which is sad because its a newly built building. Employees and manager were of no help. Manager was by the front counter on his personal phone cursing and arguing with someone as he was attempting to put together an order. Yelling and complaining to the other employees as well. Not a good look for him or the establishment. Ended up walking out without even ordering or eating. No one wants to work these days but it seems a company that would like to succeed would at least vet the people they hire so that they represent the company well. This is not the case with any Popeyes location I have ever visited. I honestly don’t know why I keep trying. Maybe I have hopes that they actually get their act together. Don’t bother visiting this location and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We have been here twice . Once through drive thru and other to eat in. Lady was rude at drive thru and when we ate in, the shrimp was nothing but crumbs. It was 12$ an order and this is what we got.

Just plain stupid honestly. I order on app all the time at other locations with no issue. But when I tried to redeem some of my points at this location it wouldnt work. So I decided to go in to order and the guy was very rude and unhelpful! I explained the order on the app wouldn’t go through and asked if I could use the QR code to redeem my points in store and he told me he wasn’t able to although it said I could on the app. After some back n forth I just left and went to zaxbys.

What a joke!! I paid $3.30 for a side of fries and it’s half full. I asked the rude lady before I pulled away if they were serious about this and she said yep, we can’t fill them up all the way anymore, only halfway. Additionally she said the kids meal came with mac n cheese but it’s actually a $.50 upcharge. Absolutely ridiculous!!! We won’t be back.
