One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to. Simply amazing, great service, the naan breads were outstanding and everything felt fresh and very well curated.

I visited Rasam in Dublin for my birthday, and it also happened to be my first ever Michelin experience, so the bar was high, and thankfully, it didn’t disappoint.

The service was great (as you’d expect at this level) and the food overall was beautifully done. I especially loved the garlic naan and malai kofta- fluffy, fragrant, and basically the kind of bread you wish every curry in your life could meet. The appetizer also hit the right notes.

That said, for vegetarians, the options are quite limited. You’ll find something, but don’t expect a wide variety to pick from. Because of that, I’d call it more of a “special occasion” spot rather than somewhere I’d frequent often.

Ratings:
Food: 4/5
Service & Ambience: 4.5/5
Money’s Worth: 3.5/5

Overall: 4/5 – A polished, memorable experience: perfect for a one-time treat if you’re vegetarian.

Delicious food full of flavour. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The only thing I’d like to see improve is a bit more chicken in the curry. I think I had 7 small pieces and could have done with a little more as I had rice and bread left over. Photo is of the Thalia my friend ordered.

As always Nisheeth and his team provide outstanding hospitality. They make their guests feel like part of the family. Amazing food, ambience and fantastic service. They have built up such a loyal customer base over many years. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing birthday dinner ! Myself and two friends ate here and had such a lovely evening. Staff were the perfect level of attentive and food was absolutely delicious. The manager found out it was my birthday and insisted on bringing something on the house (he offered drinks, baileys, dessert – all of which we said we didn’t need. He eventually brought a delicious chocolate mousse cake). He also remembered my friend from when she had celebrated her doctorate graduation there a year before and congratulated her again. Such a lovely experience, we’ll be back !

This has to be the best restaurant of ireland. I ordered a chicken trio, non veg thali and kulfi. One of the dish was prawn curry which was specially prepared by chef. Thats a must try. Its the best dish one can have. The hospitality is great. The staff is quiet hardworking, good looking and efficient. The owner is very friendly and kind. A must visit.

After over 20 years i haven’t found a restaurant that comes close to Rasam for amazing food, service and value. The staff are all so professional, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is beautfully appointed and i cannot imagine a life milestone that we don’t celebrate there. It’s a very special place, filled with so many happy memories of family and deliciousness, just like our gorgeous meal tonight. Mango prawns are unbeatable, beetroot chicken is succulent and earthy. The calamari started moorish. Top notch!!
