This place is really good. Standard Caribbean options like stew chicken, curry chicken, curry goat, etc.
I ordered a beef patty and it was perfect. Light and flaky on the outside and a little spice on the inside. Their service is also excellent!

Stopped in for breakfast before court. Was hungry and had stress induced stomach ache coming on and needed to get some food in me. Got the saltfish breakfast and it was delicious. Their hot sauce taste like what I’ve only found in Rwanda and Caribbean Panama. Had to remind myself to slow down and not overdo it before court. Getting some real food in my stomach was exactly what was needed to get through a stressful morning.

I only had the Steak and cheese on coco bread and loved it. Even tho the service was a lil slow, it was worth the wait. Customer service was friendly and very inviting

This usta to be my favorite spot to grab excellent food with superior service but not no more. They’re under NEW MANAGEMENT now when you enter Jamaican music is BLASTING. There are 8-10 men in the back have very LOUD conversations….like they in there backyard. Since they open I’d come after work on Mondays and get chicken soup now after five NO SOUP. I got off at 1pm last week the person that answered the phone had to put some (the last of it) aside for me and yesterday at 1pm NO SOUP told 1 hour….I get there at 2pm still no soup….music blasting men in the back talking up a storm….its 35 degrees outside and they did not think to make soup….I’m completely done….especially seeing a lady sweeping the floor back there…all kind of dust particles flying in the air…..getting on the food

I get full quick so I like that we can order pieces of chicken and fish instead of a whole meal. I ordered the soup and a piece of King fish. Service was slow as expected. They seem so annoyed though. The soup was good. The fish not so much. It was dry and lacked flavor aside from the pepper. I do want to go back and try the porridge.

The food and the flavors are delicious. The rice has a coconut Jamaican spicy flavor I love. The only problem is they don’t cut the fatty parts of the steak which makes it hard to eat cause it’s slimy and it has a lot of slimy parts in the steak. And I went back for some beef patties and all but one were burnt

So a few days ago I ordered oxtails rice and beans and had the veggies on the side. I also ordered two patties with cheese w/Coco bread. I think my favorite was the patties and Coco bread always have loved those lol. The Oxtails were good as well, Just wish the plate it came in wasn’t mixing everything & had the separate holding places, Other than that it was good. First time eating here!

All I ordered was a beef patty with cheese and coco bread and that came out to $9.10. Then okay let’s say everywhere is expensive it’s just the times but you’re telling me you couldn’t even melt the cheese or warm up the coco bread. Just disappointing but I guess everyone has a bad day but please go try for yourselves just wish someone warned me that’s all.

The best Caribbean breakfast in Boston! This ain’t no pancakes and bacon type place. I order from them at least 3 times a month, probably more. Their food is GREAT! I generally get breakfast, chopped chicken (the gravy on it is so damn good), boiled dumplings, and porriage. My fiance gets the chopped chicked, callaloo, and rice.
If we go for lunch, which we often do too, curry shrimp, cabbage and rice and beans, sometimes we switch the shrimp for stew chicken. The stew chicken to DELICIOUS!!!
Listen this is, a no what you want, say what you want and get out type place, they have no time for games or if you confused! Some ppl in there are nice sometimes they not, but I truly don’t care cause their food is top notch. They are trying to move quick in there so figure out what you want first, then get in line.
