If you go for dinner time the food is old & a waste of money, you will wait forever for your food, and if you go in the lobby you will listen to a lot of teenage workers slacking off. I’ve came here two times recently, once around 5:00 PM and once around 7:00 PM. Chicken fries and burgers tasted like they’ve sat out for hours.

I went in the other day to order food for me and my daughter and my boyfriend and I was waiting for my food look over and one of the girls that was working had a french fries in her hand and playing with them without a glove on and then proceeded to hand it out the window to a customer. What is this? I paid for the cinnaminis for my son and they were cold and not even eatible. Also this waffle sandwich didn’t taste or even look like what it was supposed to. The Waffle was extra hard, sausage tasted burnt. Thank you BK you pissing me off. The only thing that was warm was the waffle on the sandwich. So thanks ♂️

On Dec 15 2021 afternoon, cause it’s very close my home,I took my three children to Burger King. My car had to get a repaired. We live nearby so we walked the dine in wasn’t open that day,so we went through the drive through but when it was our turn to order, they said can’t sell food to us cause we walked. I even told them my car had to get repaired and I just wanted to get my kids some food ,but they still didn’t serve us.
That’s very bad experience and hurt my feelings,never going to any Burger King.

Besides coffee shops- this BK might have one of the most upbeat staff members Ive encountered. The male who took my order answered the loud speaker with “Welcome to BK, where you have it your way! How can I serve you today?” When I approached the pay window- the same upbeat man greeted me, offered me a paper crown to drive around for the day as a queen, and quickly gave me my food which was hot and fresh. It was a nice encounter at the end of a long day. Food was expensive relative to past prices- but I have inflation to thank for that.

The food was horrible as always. The service was horrible as always. It is annoying that every time I come to this restaurant I am treated like I am wasting their time. My wife ordered chicken fries that looked and tasted like they had been cooked 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately they are the only burger king on this side of town that is close to me so will probably be back but most definitely not my first or even 10th choice for that matter.

Seems like there is a new owner. Staff are all different. Last 5 times we’ve eaten here (over several months) they’ve ignored every customization. The fries are under cooked and cold, drinks taste funky, and I’m hearing of and saw pictures of raw food being served from social media sites.
