Carla and I stopped by Raouche Cafe for lunch and had a really pleasant experience overall. We walked in without a reservation and were immediately welcomed and allowed to sit wherever we wanted, which made everything feel relaxed and easy. The staff provided menus right away and gave us plenty of time to look them over before someone came by to take our order—no rushing at all.

We started by sharing a medium teapot of mint tea, which was warm, refreshing, and the perfect way to kick off our meal.
For food, we ordered the Mezza Sampler, which included baba ghannouj, hummus, falafel, grape leaves, and tabouleh, served with pita bread. Everything on the platter felt flavorful and fresh, and it was a great way to sample a variety of classic Lebanese favorites.

For our entrée, we chose the Chicken Kabob Platter —two skewers of grilled, marinated chicken breast served with rice and a bowl of lentil soup. The lentil soup was comforting and paired really nicely with the meal, and the toum (garlic sauce) was honestly my favorite part. The kabob was seasoned well, but I do wish the chicken had been a little juicier and more tender.

Overall, Raouche Cafe is a great spot for a laid-back lunch with friendly service, comforting tea, and flavorful Lebanese dishes. I’d definitely come back and try more items from the menu!

I hired Raouche Cafe to cater my 20-person family reunion last night and the food and service were incredible. Everyone was impressed with how delicious it was and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Kahlil was a pleasure to work with—kind, flexible, and thoughtful. He worked with me to create a menu I felt great about and my guests loved. He even gave me flexibility with the delivery time as my guests traveled from the other end of town during rush hour traffic.

I am truly grateful for the experience working with this wonderful restaurant and I look forward to enjoying their food again and again!

Raouche was recommended by a dear Lebanese friend, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE the place. I can unequivocally say this is a gem. Unpretentious, great foods, lovely people. Some of the best kabobs we’ve had. At the end of our wonderful meal, we were introduced to “the lady’s wrist” and Usmaliyya. Let me just say, they were heavenly. Wonderfully creamy and sweet. Our favorite dessert now!!!

Great friendly vibe of a restaurant.
Staff was friendly yet professional perfect combo!

After paying I wanted to include a tip they said no need for tip. I wanted to tip so bad. Apparently they dont take tips of you come alone and take a small portion.

Restaurant has a great view of the skyline facing the windows.

My family and I came to Raouche Cafe to cater a big event we were hosting, and I’m very glad we did. Khalil worked with us on every step: discussing our options, helping figure out the right quantities, working through delivery logistics, and making sure we had everything we needed to serve the food. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. We had a few trays of whole lamb and a tray of chicken kabseh. The meat was tender and succulent and the rice was incredibly flavorful. All of the sides were excellent too. I particularly loved the fattoush and the grape leaves (which remind me of my mom’s, a big compliment!) We will definitely return to Raouche next time we have an event.

Raouche Cafe is my go-to spot for lunch, and they never disappoint. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. I also always choose them when I need catering because they’re reliable and the quality is excellent every single time.

Khalil is especially amazing to work with—he’s super helpful, responsive, and makes the catering process so easy and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend Raouche Cafe for both everyday meals and catering!

We order catering for our family gatherings and birthdays and I truly can’t say enough good things about Khalil and his family. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional — and their generosity genuinely stood out.

Not only was the food absolutely delicious but they went above and beyond in ways they didn’t have to. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about both quality and people.

We will absolutely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them for any catering needs. Grateful for businesses like this! <3

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The prices are very high, but the portions are incredibly small — more like a child’s meal compared to what they charge.
The service was honestly the worst part. There was no proper communication, no welcoming attitude, and no effort to address our concerns professionally.
The food did not match the pictures at all (except for the appetizers). I ordered a popular Middle Eastern dish, and what I received was very disappointing. The chicken had a bad smell, like it wasn’t cleaned properly, and the rice was cold and soaked in water. When I asked about it, the staff simply said, “This is the plate and this is how it is made,” without trying to fix the issue. The food was not tasty, the portions were small, and the service was poor. I paid and left, but this will definitely be my last visit. There are many much better Middle Eastern restaurants in Northern Virginia that are worth your time and money.
Very disappointed.

My first time here. I came with my friends for Ramadan Iftar and I absolutely loved the experience. Prices are amazingly affordable, the staff is lovely and helpful and the food was beyond the beyond, in terms of taste, portion and simplicity.
Thank you, Im definitely coming back.
