I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts today on 7201 GA Highway in Port Wentworth, GA, on my way to see my daughter. I had one blueberry crushed top muffin and one SnackBacon with a MangoPineapple Refresher Lemonade.
The young lady greeted me, but the muffin’s top was extremely hard, and the bacon was severely burned and should have been discarded. I will not stop there again while passing through.

Let’s get into it. First time being here, I know all menus, names are different from all coffee places ..but I was lost…. but knew the taste I was trying to achieve. The worker was so nice and understood and helped me remake a coffee (she made it) to my liking, thank you. The donuts were super fresh as well. Can honestly say I never have a positive experience here. Today was the last straw when I waited 10 minutes in line only for them to Make me repeat three times my order, Repeat almond milk, three times despite me asking for skim milk, and then tell me that they had no skim milk and then laugh about it. People have allergies. People have dietary needs. This is the fourth or fifth time that I’ve gone to this location and they were out of skim milk. Horrible service.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. The service is terrible. I ordered my coffee hot and sent it back because it was cold, and they gave it to me cold again with the excuse that the machine was broken. They also didn’t have any sandwiches available. I recommend they be a little friendlier to customers and improve the cleanliness of their areas.

Sky was very pleasant. She recommended that I conne t to their free wifi to be able to get to my rewards. She said its not rush and to take my time. She was friendly with other coworkers, reminding the mother to forget cinnamon ontop of the latte. Thank you sky.

Service was pretty good, but she was going between drive thru and inside orders so there was some wait when ordering inside. So the experience was OK. Giving 4 stars because she was very nice and helpful even though they may have been understaffed when we visited. Inside was clean and comfortable.

I gave this place too many chances. This is the third time they put sugar in my coffee when I specifically told them not to. Last week one of them were extremely rude to the customer in front me and was rude to me as well. The lack of attention to detail for a simple job they have is ridiculous, I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts, they had their chance.

I come to this location three or four times a week and get the same exact drink, large shaken espresso. Went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was about an inch and half/two inches empty so I asked one of the workers to add more almond milk as it’s always been full when I get it. The lady, older with dreads gave me attitude and muttered something under breathe. As someone who’s managed in the food industry, thats unacceptable as I kindly asked for more almond milk and wasn’t rude to her. This staff here needs some serious retraining. I know the customer isn’t always right but her reaction was not it.

We visit the Dunkin Donuts in Port Wentworth almost every weekend mainly for our dog Hazel to get her Saturday Pup Cup fix ☺️ and we always enjoy a nice coffee/latte and muffins/donuts
