Fantastic hot dog, delicious bánh mì! We also had tots and a Caesar salad. The employees were courteous and friendly, and the pricing was decent. Love the decor and interior. Will definitely return soon!

Today was filled with the unexpected! One of which was Rankin Vault to grab a celebratory drink along with one of their Vault burgers we have been reading about. We chose to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. The walk-up window reminded me of being back in my old neighborhood. Nostalgic. It was nice. The burger! Flavor bomb! Perfectly cooked, lightly toasted bun. Dreaming about what the house made black bean burger tastes like…be back soon!

Not a lot of room, plenty to like
A really enjoyable spot if you’re in town for a show or just passing through. It’s within walking distance of Harrah’s Cherokee Center, which makes it super convenient. I tried the wings, both classic buffalo and the intriguing peanut butter flavor, and both were surprisingly good. Pretty sure it was the deal of the night, so definitely worth it.
Yes, it’s a tight fit inside, but everyone seemed to make it work and the atmosphere stayed lively without being overbearing. I also liked the multiple floors and levels, which gave it a more open feel than you’d expect from a smaller bar. Overall, a great stop before or after an event. Will be back.

I can’t say enough good things about the Vault!!! To start, the staff is amazing. These people are masters of their craft. The cocktails, especially their Espresso Martini, are all top notch. The food??? Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s a game changer. Everything on the menu is delicious, and their burger has won multiple awards. If you’re in town, and looking for somewhere that the locals hang out at, this is the place. Stop in, tip your bartenders, and have a good time. Really great place to have pregame before a show at the civic center too!! I actually proposed to my now wife on that street, just a few doors down. Safe to say that we LOVE the Vault

This place was recommended by locals as a spot to hit for late night eats. They stay open with some great food. The Philly was delicious and was able to have it split with half no cheese for my partner, the Tecate was $3, and the clientele made my partner “feel like she was in a musical” as we walked in and needed a seat. We also had a little fun dancing for someone outside before we walked in. The vibe was great, the food was great, and it was the perfect last stop of the night out in downtown.

Might be my favorite smash burger in Asheville. I got one twice this last trip… espresso martini was pretty good too!

All prices have jumped by over 20%.
A smash burger is over $18.
They suggest a 30% tip on the bill. Meanwhile there is no table service and you have to wait in a line for 20 mins to get a drink, they have one bar tender.
Avoid this place, while the food is good and the employees are decent, im not paying more and tipping more for equal or less service.

Ordered several items — by far the best two were the Polynesian chicken sandwich and the tater-tot nachos. The hamburger was good, but quite a bit too salty for me. All in all a good experience. The servers were very friendly.

Amazing spot! The drinks were amazing, the margarita and espresso martini were both excellent, and the cold beer hit the spot. The burger was outstanding too, the best in Asheville. Great vibe and quality all around. Will definitely be back.

Awesome little bar and restaurant in downtown Asheville. The food is SPECTACULAR. Especially the tacos and mac and cheese. Even though I don’t live in Asheville, I make it a point to eat here every time I’m in the area. The staff is super friendly as well!
