Not as good as they say they are. Is really good but what’s supposed to be they’re best dish was salty and 60% fat for $1400 is a rip off. I would go back but only to order pork ribs and some shredded beef that I don’t remember the name but was the only two good things there.

Everything was really good service was great atmosphere was great the sausage is not too great and you have to ask for mac and cheese cuz it’s not on the menu and it’s delicious No Reservations you have to wait for the tables to be available Sundays are extra busy on family days

The brisket and ribs were cooked to perfection. The sausage is very dry; I wouldn’t order sausage again. No outside seating, and if you bring a pet, you sit in a chair outside by the gas station and eat off of your lap.

As a Texan, this is as close as it gets to great Texas BBQ in Mexico. The brisket is tender with a nice flavorful bark. The sauce is tangy with a touch of sweetness. The atmosphere feels Texan with country music playing and peanut shells on the floor. We will definitely come back to try the ribs and hamburgers. It was worth the 45 minute drive from Ajijic.

Rangers BBQ is so GOOD!!!!! The food was delicious. Brisket on point, Beef Ribs on point, Baby Back ribs on point. The sides (coleslaw, mashed potatoes, corn, etc..) are really good. But what surprised me the most was the sausage, it had bits of cheese and jalapeno throughout. The desert, apple pie, also had that traditional smokey flavor when you think of southern or Texas BBQ. By far the best BBQ spot near Guadalajara.
