The Range has parred down their menu, but they still have a varied selection available. Some new Mexican, some comfort food and great sandwiches and burgers.
We arrived just after 12 noon on a Monday and it took a few minutes to be seated, as we came right with the lunch rush. after about 10 minutes we were seated at a table that is a long padded bench with chairs apposite. Our waiter brought water and took our order, he was kind enough to share the WIFI password!
I ordered the Chile Relleno’s and subbed the rice for green chile hashbrowns, my wife had a cup of green chile beef soup and sweet potato fries. The relleno’s are unique to the Range, they are crusted with pulverized blue corn chips! This makes for a crunchy flavor fest! The soup was jammed with too many potatoes and carrots, which there was a large pile of after the beef and broth were gone.
The waiter never refilled out water and we only saw him again after I got up and wandered around looking for to-go boxes.
Be sure to check out the large selection of pies, cakes and yummy rolls to take home!

It was ok. The corn tortillas were not fried if you like them like that I don’t, lacked flavor but there was like an entire chicken breast in it, shredded, nice if you like more chicken meat than anything else, hardly any cheese; rice was ok interesting flavor for green rice.
Tofu tacos really good.
Biscuits & gravey w eggs & sausage – good.

It’s sad I use to love this restaurant. But You guys completely messed up my to-go order and it costed be $40. Please don’t offer cheese options if all you’re going to do is ignore the one I selected. As a cook myself I have to say it’s really embarrassing when you get an order this wrong and do nothing to fix it. You put tomatoes and onions when I asked for none of those things. I did not get my egg that I paid extra for. Buns were not separated so they were Soggy by time the delivery was complete. Would not recommend this place for burgers or service. Absolutely pathetic and zero excuses.

Went for lunch for my client today as she wanted meatloaf. Her order was perfect. Mine however, was beyond disappointing. I paid 20.99 for a country fried steak that was seriously smaller than my hand, and had no seasoning on it what so ever and all the breading literally fell right off. I also specifically asked if the mixed vegetables contained bell peppers, to which I was told no, but it was loaded with red bells. I will say that the mushroom brown gravy was very tasty! The cream gravy was lumpy and no flavor except for the flour. I also ordered a side of red & green, which I didn’t get unfortunately. The server was awesome as usual!

I’m not sure what happened but the Range has sure gone downhill. The food and the service was disappointing. My eggs were overcooked (ordered sunnyside up), the biscuit was hard and dry, my breakfast protein (bacon) was left off the plate and I had to ask the server to get it. We had to ask for ketchup even though both of our orders came with potatoes. And then when I asked for a togo container I got this flimsy little plastic box barely big enough for the leftovers and obviously not meant for hot food. A poor experience all the way around.

I very much enjoyed my breakfast. Good healthy portions. My son ordered the Huevos Rancheros and the likes them. I ordered the omelet, which was delicious. Lots of veggies. The cream puff was amazing. I definitely wish I lived closer to eat here more often.

After not having New Mexican food for 2 years since we moved out of state, this place hit the spot. The blue corn chicken enchiladas were the best! Our server was the coolest and most friendly. The whole stand was friendly. It was busy, and there was a wait, but that’s a good sign for a good establishment, and the wait went quickly. Definitely will be going back when back in the land of enchantment

Egg burnt, beans undone, and somehow they mess up hash browns??? Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous! Also no where on the menu does it say eggs are $3 more!? Pls never serve food to ANYONE again!

Another one of our favorite places is no longer a favorite. Sadly the food we ordered today at the Range wasn’t good. We usually order Mexican food but this time we felt for sandwiches. My husband’s Reuben sandwich fell apart when he tried to pick it up. He ended up trying to eat it with a fork but the corned beef was so tough that he couldn’t cut it with knife. In I took a bite to ck it out & had to pull it very hard with my teeth let alone bite into it! It was no bueno! The onion rings they served were very dark….dirty fryer…and so crisp that they crumbled in pieces. Again no bueno! Well we’ve taken this place off our list. Too bad, it used to be good!

The Range on coors has been our favorite location for a while. The food is always consistent, delicious and fresh. We came in at peak times on a Sunday and were seated promptly. Ask for Ashlee if you want the best experience! So bubbly and accommodating
