Randazzo Pastry Shop & Bakery

My sister ordered a cake for my nieces 16th birthday. She gave them a picture of the color scheme and was told they could make something similar, but not the same sides. When we took home and opened. It was awful. (Pictures attached)The bakery was too busy to open for her when she picked up.
It was a hot pink with juvenile writing and the cake was crooked. We wanted a light pink with yellow.
She called the bakery and Joe the owner said it looked the same and it looked great. No apology at all. We will not recommend this bakery to anyone. Customer Service is terrible as well as the cakes. We paid $50 for something we could of made nicer ourselves.

Was the BEST sandwich I’ve had in recent memory. Perfect combination of ingredients. What really stood out was the bread. Gorgeous texture and flavor.

I think I’ve found my go to for authentic Italian sandwiches

For someone who appreciates authentic Italian food, this place is HEAVEN. Today was my first visit to Randazzo’s. The prices are extremely reasonable. I was shocked when they rang me up because I expected to pay much more. All of the employees there are so kind, even when I saw one deal with a rude customer. Laura, all the ladies in the back, and the one gentleman I saw, are so hard working and have great attitudes! I will never drive past this place ever again without going in.

I have been frequenting this bakery for many months now. I always order only one thing here, the cannoli. I must have had about 15 cannoli’s here during as many visits. There is nothing much to write about it. The cannoli shells are almost always too tough to bite into. The cream is just a sugary concoction with no oomph. I have tried two other confections from this business, and they have lacked oomph too. I guess their only claim to fame is the Italian name.

I don’t recommend this business.

Got the raspberry crumb cake and it was hard as a hockey puck and tasted like it was made last week and sat out on the counter. Was so hard the roof of my mouth is sore! For $6 you’d think they would have fresh baked goods. Especially at a bakery! The Quick Check around the corner has better crumb cake!
