I have been coming here since it opened. The breakfast is second to none. I only do lunch here occasionally due to my work schedule. A week ago my wife and I decided to try the Monte Cristo accompanied by their outstanding Chicken Rice soup. I have to say the sandwich was terrible. A stack of what seemed like old cold cuts on their use or discard day. They were dry and lacked flavor. And no side cup of Raspberry preserves. My wife did not want to say anything so I honored her wishes. I’ve been to several places with delicious Monte Cristo Sandwiches. Maybe the cook needs a refresher on making one.

Delicious food & great service. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. Our food came out less than 10 minutes. I had buttermilk pancakes, eggs, & hot chocolate. My husband had chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, & sausages. Our daughter had the chicken tender meal. I also ordered liver & rice to go. We will definitely be back. ❤️

When I walked in, I immediately felt right at home. The fall decorations are spot on. They took our order right away and wasted no time offering us coffee. I got the 1 Egg scrambled and it arrived within 10 minutes. It came with Bacon, Pancakes, eggs, and hash browns. The eggs were really good with the potatoes and the bacon had a nice flavor and was crunchy without being dry. The combo I got was $12 and it had elite value. If you’re ever in Elgin, this is the one of the Best places to go for breakfast, would come back.

hi, this place was so wildly busy on a Sunday, I thought it would’ve made for a wonderful lunch choice for me and the family. It seems like being busy makes you freak out worse than Orion Kirkberg from the Phillies and throwing that ground ball over the catchers head. If you like full tomatoes put in your chicken sandwich to where when you take a bite, everything slips out onto your plate and makes a huge mess, come down to Randalls! Have you ever been a fan of ordering a specific meal and not getting anything that you ordered… Come down to Randalls! Do you thrive on the idea of coming into a place you made an online order with and have them say, what did you order? We never took down a name. We need to go in the back and see if anything exists… Then please, come on down to Randalls! And who doesn’t love themselves a batch of soggy, and somehow wet onion rings? If you love a terrible taste in your mouth that will make you second-guess every decision in your life… Then come on down to Randalls!

New to the Elgin area and Randall’s is the first breakfast spot we’ve tried, and its pretty darn good. Service was great. Waitress checked in on us often, kept our coffee warm, and brought the check over quickly once we asked for it. Food was terrific. Huge portions and great bang for your buck. I had the ham, eggs, and hasbrowns. All really good. Hashbrowns could be a little crisper, and the French toast was a bit dry, but overall a great experience.
