Don’t be put off by the location. This place is amazing. The food is really good and the staff are very nice. I had the birria tacos and my husband had a quesadilla. Both were amazing. We will definitely be making this a regular spot.

Went for my first time with wife. First time I’ve ever had tacos inside a gas station. They are to die for. They are some of the best. Service is great. Small little sit down area. I’ll be going back. We tried 5 tacos. Birria- awesome. Asada – good. Al pastor – great. Chrlorizo – great. Barbacoa- great. Chips, salsa and the guacamole is also great.

Oh my goodness! This place is fire!!!! I didn’t know what to do for dinner so checked the Too Good To Go app and it was available for pickup soon and not on the other side of the county.

I am SO GLAD I gave it a shot! I would’ve probably missed out on it altogether otherwise due to location (not in that spot often.)

When I arrived they checked me in and sometimes with the app food is premade at some places- not here. They prepped me an order and I got to take a look at it. It’s in a gas station but separated a bit and the entire building is extremely clean and the food prep area was immaculate.

Here is a picture. Only took a bite of taco on the left but it’s incredible! I will 100% be back and recommend to anyone I know!

Service was also very friendly!

Probably the best take out or street food I’ve had in a very long time. Bright, fresh tasting food. Not being Mexican myself I can only assume that this is what authentic Mexican food tastes like. Incredible. Will definitely be returning.

Best birria tacos I’ve ever had. The hype is real about this place. Super cost effective for how much food you get too. This is a must try, it won’t disappoint.

Had an excellent torta ( carnitas). Mexican coke, the way it was always meant to be made, and it came with fries. Food flavors and presentation are great. My issue is with cost. Simply not enough volume of food for $20. The coke was nearly $5 by itself. I don’t mode paying a premium but at some point it’s unreasonable. The torta was about 2/3 the size of the tortas from similar venues. It’s just a little out of balance. But this is pretty true for all WNY eateries. We simply pay too much.

The good –
The food is really good and at a good price.
Service is fast and friendly.
The so-so:
The death decor. A woman’s skeleton holding a gun?
If you don’t speak Spanish, you have to ask what you’re ordering.
There’s only so much you can do with a gas station. They should start looking for a better venue.

10/10 MUST TRY

Went into the gas station to get a drink with no intention of getting food, however the aroma was too tempting so I ordered a spicy pollo taco and a Al pastor taco with everything on it. Just moved to Buffalo 6 months ago, and have ordered tacos from probably 10 different non-chain restaurants. These were the most delicious and flavorful tacos I’ve had in a very long time and the best I’ve had in Buffalo. Kitchen looked extremely clean, staff was super friendly and the food came out fast. Screw any corporate owned taco joints, your money will be better spent here!

Meat/seafood is good quality (particularly the lengua & fish) with decent portions on authentic,street-cart style tortillas. Prices are somewhat exorbitant but well worth it. The Birria is delicious as well, just a lil bit on the saltier side but seasoned to perfection. Hibiscus(Jamaica) tea is very refreshing. Relatively quick turnaround time for the food to be made. Salsa verde is phenomenal but the hot salsa tastes a lil off to me(maybe use less bell pepper). Overall, amazing food, will definitely be back soon!

First, I have to say the service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I’m a California native and have been struggling to find good honest Mexican taquerias in wny, and this is right down the road from my house, so I was excited to try it. We ordered the chammaras fries and pollo quesadilla and both were good. The fries definitely could have been more crispy, but I’ll chalk it up to this place being brand new. It also needed more topping or at least options for guac for a true carne asada fries experience. The quesadilla, according to my daughter, was the “best quesadilla, shes ever had. It was really good, too. My biggest gripe was the price. This is a small shop that’s half of the buddies gas station (in San Diego or Texas, this is usually the sign of a proper diamond in the rough, lol) but the pricing didn’t add up. Again, I know they’re just starting out, but at the time of this review, a burrito was on the menu for $17.99. local competition would be close to $12 at Lloyd’s or any local competition. I’d love to go back, and I wish nothing but success for a proper taqueria in the area, but the pricing definitely needs to be adjusted. I can’t picture myself stopping by for a quick bite on my way to work and shelling out $18 for a breakfast burrito.
