Happened upon this restaurant during my drive. Pictured is THE MESS. It’s scrambled eggs, potato, onion, green pepper, wheat toast and sausage gravy covering it. Now, I’m a corn fed girl and this dish was huge. Now I have enough for breakfast tomorrow. Very attentive waitress. I’ll be bringing family next time.

They make their own sausage here and it is more like a smashburger, thin and crispy on the edges, delicious! Gravy was excellent, bacon was thick and crispy. Service is excellent. Great small town restaurant.

Down home atmosphere. A very efficient staff (waitresses) ensured accurate and timely orders. A warm welcome for new or regular guests. Orders were served hot, were tasty and in good quantities. Prices were very reasonable.

Was visiting here from Chicago on vacation. Found this little gem in their little downtown square. I went all three mornings for breakfast and can guarantee I will be back next year. The food was excellent as was the service. The picture of the possum and the skunk in the men’s room as funny as heck. If you’re just driving through stop in and visit these guys you will not regret it

It started with one of the staff in a black suv cutting me off and to take my parking spot while driving on her phone. We walked in and waited by the door for 5 minutes to be seated. All the staff was in back. We showed ourselves to a booth. The waitress came out and gave us a dirty look (I’m assuming for seating ourselves). She seated a group behind us, then greeted a local by name as he walked in the door. She rushed to take his drink and food order. Completely disregarding us, and the group behind us. The waitress shot me another dirty look then proceeded to take the drink orders of the group behind us. Disgusted, we walked out.
