Oh, plenty of room for improvement. This was my wife and mine first visit, we were with the grandkids and adult kids (6 of us total) and they set us right up against another table of 6 people with our backs nearly touching, no room to get out and couldn’t move the table it would had kept the other side of our table from getting out. There were 4 other open tables and 4 booths open but they cramped us right in the middle. Our server Hallee B was nice, she and the other servers were very casually dressed in t shirts and shorts, no uniforms at all. The service was ok, average maybe but far from excellent. Prices are high for what you get. I went with the ‘taco special’ which was a BOGO. Turns out that single taco was $5.14, thank goodness there was a ‘get one’ there. Our regular place (El Ranchero, S Route 7) you get 4 tacos for $5 and some change. The serving size for the tacos was good, had plenty of beef although very dry and bland. The shredded cheese seemed old and dry. Taco’s were good just not great and average if that. Our server doesn’t notice empty glasses and you have to ask for a refill. Tables are small and cramped also. The kids ‘mini tacos’ are $6.18 and appear to be the Costco Mini Taco’s, I think our grandson had 4 on his plate. Price vs. Value is poor, if the food and service was amazing and tasted better then we would likely return. This leaves plenty of room for improvement. Don’t pack customers in so tight in the middle, move things around so you can sit at a table with out bumping elbows with the stranger behind you. Be attentive to refills, with dry foods customers will drink more. With $3.05 for a soda (75% ice) you can refill a drink with out having to be asked by each person. The restooms were clean and the overall appearance is great, parking lot well lit and clean. plenty of TV’s with sports and ChiveTV. Everyone was friendly, just not real attentive. They do charge a fee if you don’t pay cash, FYI. With other choices that are available, we likely will not return.

Great, friendly local spot. Good food, climate, music, and tons of food for the money. Maybe not as traditional as some Mexican restaurants but definitely more Mexican than Tex-Mex. Both the ranchero and Verde are good on the takes and they’re loaded with meat. The fajitas are stacked and cooked perfectly, sizing on delivery. The Burrito Grande alone is enough to feed a small family! Flavorful mild salsa and tasty hot sauce. It’s understandable why it seems there are people always here.

First visit, we were seated in right away. Initially no issues with service. Our food came out and we were told my son’s fajitas were sent to another table. By the time his came out, I had finished eating and my plate had been cleared. We didn’t see or hear from the manager for an apology and the extended wait for my son’s food. Everything we had was good. The kids menu is more for 8-10 year olds than younger children. This in turn makes the kids meals on the pricey side. We may give it another shot, but with so many Mexican restaurants I’ll probably go some place with better guest recovery. They do play good music.

Good relaxed dine in atmosphere, typical standard service, not bad not great. Food was good, very hot and fresh. Overall a good spot for families or large groups without fear of bother other people’s dinner.

Really great local spot serving some delicious Mexican dishes with friendly vibes. Bartender was super friendly and she poured great drinks, while also helping recommend some dishes and other drinks. Not too noises, not too quiet, great for hanging out with friends or family. If you need to taco bout something, this is the place to go!

I can’t believe I paid 10.00 for 2 flour tortilla shells with cheese. It looked like it was microwaved. No cilantro . Lettuce had a side of sour cream. Very disappointed. I also got 1 cheese enchilada Luke warm at best and I only live 5 min.from there. No cheese on top .

We were seated quickly. Our server was friendly. Their salsa and chips seem different; as in not as good. The salsa was more like tomato sauce. The No. 18 burrito was a little dry so I added their salsa, which helped. To me the burrito tasted a little burnt, and maybe more like a tamale. (Which I don’t care for.) Since it was pricier, around $11.00, I will try to remember not to order it next time. The buy one get one free taco special was a good deal. Tacos were good, price was around $6.00. We like Rancho Grande and will be back.
