Walk in and got seated right away for lunch. The server is to the table within minutes. After Ordering the food it comes out quick, served on a hot plate. Flavorful, delicious. Coming back is an easy option.

Okay, I’ve gone to this restaurant probably about four times total since I’ve been in this area. The food was good, and the service is quick. My only problem is the last time I went. I ordered hard shell tacos to go which I’ve done more than once. Usually they package it up without preparing the tacos which I absolutely appreciate, because if not you’ll have the problem that I had this last time when they did not separate everything. When I got home, it felt more like tamales, because the shells were soft and soggy. I will include photos from how they normally package it and photos from my last visit.

Festive atmosphere. Greeted promptly with smile. Went for lunch. No wait. Food came out quickly and hot. Tried the lunch fajitas. They were delicious. Tasty and tender. Good size portion. Wife had the beef enchiladas. Very good as well. Chips were fresh and salsa appeared to be house made with fresh cilantro on top. Will definitely eat here again!

I love this place so much, staff is very friendly and attentive. The have a self serve soft serve . The Pepe platter is very delicious. Came to this establishment to pick up a DoorDash, as i do on my free time, and I stood at the front area waiting to be greeted or assisted for 5 minutes! While every available server (not busy; standing in huddles chatting) look me up and down and didn’t acknowledge me. Regardless if i came to spend money or not, the lack of respectable customer service is revolting. And with me being new to the area, I know where NOT to spend my money. Especially if my presence isn’t appreciated.

Rancho Grande since our last visit has a new way of presenting the bill. I eat here often with friends and on our last visit, once dinner was finished the wait staff brought a little cc machine to the table for me to sign; no itemized paper ticket of what we had for dinner, drinks and appetizers just a little machine with an amount I was supposed to pay. Additionally, there were tip selections on the little machine starting at 22% and going up from there and if I remember right, no button (or perhaps an easy one to find) for “custom” i.e. what I decide to pay. I was surprised but nonetheless I paid the bill with my credit card and lo and behold a few minutes later, here comes wait staff with an itemized paper ticket listing the various items we had ordered. So in short, their new system wants you to pay for food, tip, both before being able to review what it is you’re paying for. I won’t be going back and that’s a shame, we eat here often. No big loss though as there are literally a dozen decent Mexican restaurants within 10 miles of here. I’m sorry that the tipping situation has come to what it has nationally, but this business of paying without being able to review your bill is just crazy. Dining out should be fun or at least enjoyable for those of us who can afford it but I won’t put up with intimidation nor stress when trying to settle the bill.

We love this place. I come every week with my BFF and we have food and a few margs. The food is excellent quality, and the margs are delicious, especially on happy hour. I hope they don’t hate us bc my kids are always running around having a great time! We will forever have good memories having fun at Rancho
