We visited Rancho Escondido on a Saturday around 2pm and wasn’t busy.
Our waitress was nice and helpful, the place was clean and organized.
Our food didn’t take long to be served and it was tasty and fresh. We will definitely visit this place again.

Delicious and authentic Mexican!! The steak tacos were fantastic! Loved the queso and refried beans and my husband’s special dinner was delicious and portions were very filling!
The service was great. Our waitress was extremely kind and accommodating. Price was good for the area. Also topped it off with a traditional Mexican coke! Excellent!

Had great food and great service. We really enjoyed our meal. I had the chimichanga, and my wife had the chicken fajitas. Their massive 48oz. Texas margarita wasn’t too bad either. My wife enjoyed their peach margarita.

Our new first choice for Mexican food in Alabaster! The cheese dip is perfect and the salsa is nice. A little smoky kick to it. Good solid Mexican fare at still reasonable prices. And give the margs a try!

I’ve eaten in authentic Mexican restaurants all over the state from fancy ones, to gas station ones. This one is hands down my FAVORITE!! The atmosphere is so pleasant and the staff are so kind, friendly, and prompt. The food is so fresh and off the charts DELICIOUS. I decided to make a picture of my chicken fajita quesadilla after I had already started eating. Sorry. But, as you can see, they aren’t skimpy with the size. The plate is full!! It’s stuffed with chicken, cheese, bell pepper, and onion and comes with all the trimmings for only 7$. The prices are as awesome as the food!!! It’s off the beaten path in Alabaster and worth the drive from across town!!! I eat here at least twice a month!!! It’s one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in.

One of our favorite places. Food is great. Portions are large. Prices are good, and there is never a wait to be seated even on a busy holiday. Lunch Specials are available 7 days a week from 11-3 pm.
