My family ate here today and we were disappointed in the service. The food was okay, but I found a bug in my broccoli and our server didn’t even say anything when I showed it to her. She also failed to mention that we needed to pay at the register, so we were waiting there for a long time. I would have appreciated at least some offer to make things right. We unfortunately won’t be back.

Nice little spot around this area. Although the food was not the best but their serving was huge it can serve 2-3 people. The staff was also nice. I would want to try the other dishes next time I’m close by. The place was clean also. I would not go when its peak hours as the traffic is insane and it is pretty difficult to get out.

Ordered take out, general tso’s dinner and teriyaki chicken dinner plate. The food was good. A lot better than most Chinese restaurants in Buford. I wish they added more vegetables to my general tso’s. I’ll go back

We ordered hot and sour soup and crab rangoon’s for appetizers. The soup was delicious and the rangoon’s were flavorful. Even the crispy noodles for the soup were fresh and good enough to eat by themselves.
Our entrees were shrimp egg foo Yung, which was 3 large patties and vegetable deluxe. The portions were large and the food tasted like it came out of someone’s kitchen from home not a restaurant’s busy kitchen. It was our first time, but we look forward to many more trips there to try many more dishes.

This place is alright, I’ve lived in NYC, NJ, Philly, and Baltimore and up north kind of spoiled me when it comes to Chinese food cause down south it’s just not as good. This spot definitely is one of the better spots though locally. I just wish they were more flexible with customization cause the spots up north allow you to customize and sub stuff in more often then not.

Chen’s Restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried—from the dumplings to the spicy noodles—was delicious and full of authentic flavor. The staff is warm, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. We’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. Highly recommended if you’re looking for amazing food and great service!

This place is honestly really good I had tofu with vegetables and my boyfriend had teriyaki chicken. Both of these meals had great flavor and arrived piping hot as well !

I am sorry I cheated on you, please take me back!
So I worked late and was coming home from so I figured I would try a place along the way. It was no good. As soon I took out the food at home the family asked “where is Chens?”
They were all champs but no one ate more than half their plate. I will come get Chens on Saturday to restore their love for Chinese. Unfortunately I am now ruined I can’they Chinese anywhereother than Chens anymore.

First time here, and I have to say I was impressed. Only had time to place a to go order. The interior is very modern and has a clean appearance. Only thing that had me a little worried was the 84 health grade.
Upon getting home with my order, I noticed they put a piece of cardboard at the base of the paper bag for support. Honestly, I’ve never had that before from Chinese takeout and it’s a very thoughtful move. Even the containers were of a high grade so nothing is spilling.
Now the food itself (sesame chicken and fried rice with fried dumpling appetizers on the side) was 100% fresh and absolutely delicious. The fried dumplings were not at all greasy! Yet, they were delectable. The egg roll that came with the meal was crispy and fresh. The sesame chicken was well cooked and evenly coated in sauce-no drowning chicken here. The fried rice was light and had a nice saturation of soy sauce.
The price is worth the food as I’m sitting here feeling full with NO worries of a tummy ache caused by excess grease.
But until they get the health grade up, I’m pretty firm at a 4/5 rating.
