”Don’t take this the wrong way, Rancheritos is a very good place—it’s expensive for a late-night treat, but you’re always open. However, yesterday when I went, the cashier was coughing all over, handled money, and then handed me my change without washing her hands, I put extra hand sanitizer before grabbing my food from her. Then, I got home and my order was for a steak and veggie breakfast burrito, nope it was wrong; I got a burrito, what I received was ham, potato, cheese, and egg. After a couple of bites, I noticed it wasn’t my order and it was the driest burrito I’ve ever had from your restaurant.”

I am writing to share feedback regarding recent experiences at your restaurant. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in food quality; the taste has changed, and the fries are occasionally served undercooked. Additionally, prices have increased while portion sizes and ingredients have decreased. I have also found staff to be increasingly restrictive with sauces.
More concerningly, I witnessed an employee sitting on the grill with their shoes on while cleaning the wall. This is a serious health and safety concern that I believe requires immediate attention and better oversight to meet sanitary standards.
I hope you will take these comments into consideration to improve the quality and hygiene of your establishment.

I ordered a burrito and carne fries and it was 30? and i asked for my receipt and he ripped the part were what he charged me for. their very unprofessional and i had to wait 5 minutes to get my receipt. he also told me that the price changes at midnight. and i called to ask why my receipt was ripped and he told me to bring the food back and i can get my money back because he knew he charged me then more then what i bought. i would not recommend going here.

I’ve been a customer at this Rancheritos Mexican Food location for over 20 years. The employees used to be warm and friendly, and the food was always awesome. My last visit before now was about six months ago, but when I went a couple of days ago, it was the exact opposite—both the service and the food were disappointing. I understand everyone can have an off day, but I don’t think that’s the case here. Honestly, it’s pretty sad to see this change.

Beware at this particular location. I love Rancherito’s but I will avoid this particular location. There is a lady working the window who will LIE to you about the price to try and get some extra money. She asked for 30 bucks on a 12 dollar order. I explained several times I could see the price on the menu when I ordered. Finally with a frown, she charged the correct amount. Make sure you know the price of what you are getting before you pay. The food is awesome. I’ll still use other locations

I stopped by for a bite and found a friendly staff, generous portions and a clean restaurant. I believe they have the busiest drive thru in SLC! I talked to the owner and he said their drive thru is busy all night and I believe him because of all the cars lined up. He told me that his restaurant is a favorite for truckers. If you find yourself at the Sapp Bros truck stop it’s about a mile away.

Messed up my order twice! I ordered a carne asada chimichanga, and first try they gave me pork, the second try they gave me pork and carne. I can’t eat pork due to religion, so I honestly wasted my money here.
