I always get excellent service when I have a meal at Ranchera Bar & Grill. Everyone is friendly and the food is delicious. I go there so regularly for lunch on Fridays that my favorite waiter knows my and my coworkers orders by heart. He’s awesome! Plus you can earn points towards $5 off a meal. I highly recommend.

Food was fantastic! Great prices. We went for a late-ish week night dinner after a 6PM night at the office.
The staff looked overworked, absolutely power walking everywhere. They were super polite, but never gave us utensils or napkins after dropping our food and never checked in again, just blasted by our table before we could flag them down.
We shared a spoon that came with one of our dinners and enjoyed the (again, excellent) food.
Oh and the drink sizes were generous. Much appreciated as a big drink guy.

One of the best Mexicans I’ve been to for a long time. Firstly they are fast. The food is delicious. Best fajita I had for a long time. Juicy, hot but not dry. Margaritas are good. Go for the 46 oz straight because it’s delicious and good value. A lot of staff running from one place to another. They are friendly too. Had an amazing experience. Definitely will be back when I drive my truck to Indy. Well done boys

Food is good with lots of variety, so my picky kids can find something. The amount of food plated can vary, depending upon which entree is chosen. Food is delivered quickly and accurately, even with food allergies taken into account. I’ve never had to wait more than 5m for a table, and they are great at accommodating large parties as well. I always order Horchata here as well – it’s delicious! Staff is helpful and gracious. Tv sound was turned on for the Colts game while we were there, but folks could still talk. Highly recommend!

I bought a football card from my sons high school. It had a coupon for a free lunch combo. I gave it to the waitress, never told me what I ordered didn’t count. I clearly ordered from their ‘lunch combo’ menu. The guy at the counter who was rude, claimed he was the manager, didn’t honor the coupon saying i didn’t order the right combo. Nowhere does it specify which combo, the waitress never told me even though I gave her the coupon before I ordered. Then, our waitress told us she was leaving after she dropped the food. We never saw another person come for refills, to check on us, give us a check… Treated me like it was my fault for ordering the wrong combo. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other restaurants around to get better service. And it’s sad cause the food is great! I was a regular customer but will now rethink the way they treat their customers. (I did order more so I wasn’t just trying to get a free combo)

First visit and will return when in the area. Enjoyed Enchiladas de Cameron that came with rice and beans. Chips and thick salsa was great. Margaritas was very flavorful. Service was responsive and courteous.

I kept seeing reviews about the wonders of the food here, so I went to investigate.
I went with a friend who ordered quite a few tacos, while I ordered the ribeye.
Tacos tasted great, or so I am told. They were all very well done and tasty until my friend found the pea sized chunk of shrapnel in one of his tacos; he didn’t eat that one.
The ribeye I ordered was a rare surprise as they managed to cook it to a great mid-well while having spots of gray and purple on the outside edges; I ordered it rare.
The drink, when it arrived was rather tasty though, thumbs up.
If you go for the authentic stuff it should be better than what we got, but if you want a steak I would advise setting the bar of your expectations very low, as it will save you from disappointment.

Had a great experience the first time, a month or two after they opened. Food was very good, atmosphere and service were good. Second time was disappointing, long wait after being seated (though not busy at the time) and wife’s Chile Verde was only okay. Other occasions have been between those two.

Went in today to have a michelada and some tacos. I highly recommend the tacos campechanos. They came out hot and delicious! They have a great hot tomatillo salsa that’s pretty spicy too. Place was clean and it’s a good vibe in there. They had Mexican music playing and that’s always a big plus for me.
