Not sure who the older lady is that they have working the opening shifts recently but they gotta get rid of her man. Every time i see her, she rushes me so hard she practically throws the bags in my face and every single time without fail its not what i ordered at all. And im usually one of maybe 2 cars there so idk what the rush is about. This has happened a handful of times now and its honestly my fault at this point im not going back again. Part of me thought itd be different maybe but yeah no its bad

It must be really challenging to staff and train younger workers nowadays. I feel old-school saying this, but the work ethic just isn’t there. Waited in the drive-through line 5 to 10 minutes before placing our order. No courtesy from the order taker in the drive-through or when picking up beverage and breakfast sandwich. I don’t blame the younger workers, as much as I blame management for not training them to show appreciation for customers.
This must be a competitive retail environment. They should step up their game to hire friendly people, and teach them to show appreciation and gratitude for customers who come through.

Twice I have pulled up to this Dunkin in recent months 5-10 minutes before closing time after waiting in the drive through & when I got to the window, they told me they were closing. Not once but twice. Wicked irritating.

Staff workers are very incompetent. Every order I take there is incorrect. They mess my coffee up every time. The only thing that’s worth it there are donuts. You can’t mess up a donut that’s already made.

Me and my family of 5 went into the store and immediately saw what appeared to be a manager or person of authority screaming incredibly loudly at other employees because she was not doing her own job well enough. I waited in a long line and when I finally reached the end to order they denied me service because I wanted to place a “food order?” I literally asked for a bag of bacon and then seconds later I heard an employee 4 feet away start giving out bacon egg and cheeses to customers who just ordered in front of me. We then waited for our drinks at the pick up place and the woman who appeared to be in a position of authority kept reading receipts instead of doing anything. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes for 3 refreshers. Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin, and the service was godawfull.

Clean bathroom, nice location. The have French crullers. Has Tesla superchargers next to it. Great place to plug in because both the and the passengers can get what the need.

I wanted to order a refresher. I don’t come in Dunkin much. I saw two guys blow there nose by the sink in view of the customers. Not one of them washed their hands! Gross gross gross!!! I did not order and left.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. You have about a 50 percent chance of being given the right drink if it’s anything aside from a regular hot or iced. And the older women who work there are super rude.

This might be the worst Dunks in all of New England. I just sat in the drive through for a half hour just for one drink. Never again. Absolutely insane. It’s not even morning anymore. Not a volume issue but a staffing issue clearly

We waited 18 minutes for two medium hot coffees. There were two cars in front of us in the drive-thru. The first person had ordered two drinks, the second person had ordered a hot coffee and a cup of hot water, and it took 15 minutes for the two of them to get their orders. When we pulled up the the window, the person asked we what we had ordered (she said she was just confirming, but they only had the black coffee ready and she didn’t make the one with cream until we told her).
When we eventually got our coffees, they were what we had asked for. The woman seemed apologetic. She didn’t make us pay, and we were offered free donuts, so it’s clear that they knew their service was less than stellar, but it shouldn’t be that frustration to get coffee.
